Velvet Dream Apartment

Excellent location with water views. Very comfortable apartment with a lift (6th apartment). Responsiveness of management was very good, in respect of an issue relating to the air conditioner.

Internal stairs (within the apartment) would benefit from a guard rail for safety for young children or elderly.. For a stay of 1wk or longer, a few more household items, such as, garbage bags, towels etc.

Location was excellent.

I was travelling with my wheelchair bound daughter and the lift was very small to fit the wheelchair in.

Appartamento colmo di criticità. La lavastoviglie non funziona, la cosa che più ci ha dato fastidio è che lo staff ha fatto finta di non saperlo, mandando un “tecnico” a controllare ma senza risolvere nulla. Una settimana in vacanza lavando tutto a mano. Pulizia terribile, l’appartamento non si può considerare pulito. I tessuti del divano, sedie ed altri oggetti sono molto sporchi e da sostituire. Abbiamo dovuto appoggiare degli asciugamani per sederci. Una puzza incredibile: dai water e dalle docce risale un odore di acqua stagnante che fa vomitare. Il Wi-Fi prende solo al piano inferiore. Non vale assolutamente i soldi pagati.
