Comfy beds

Bad elevator and no a/c

Very central to everything. Close to buses, trains and metro. Very authentic stay. Walking distance to lots of places.

Couple of the beds were not as comfy as some guests expected but that could be personal preference.

The location was faultless, especially as its pretty flat to walk to the main attractions, restaurants and public transport. There is also great little food shop downstairs. We were a group of 11 adults and children and we could all sit around the dining table or on the sofas. Kitchen well equiped and they came next day when we asked for extra bedding.

The front door opened by key code, however it was bit annoying to open - you have to wait for all 3 locks to unlock before it opens. We couldn't leave my 81 year old mother in law in the apartment on her own as she could not open the door as it was too heavy and from inside the lock was too strong for her to open. As a group of 6 adults and 5 teenagers/children the bathrooms and kitchen were too limiting. We could only shower one at a time because if two people showered or turned on the kitchen tap, the water ran cold - so there was always a long queue in the morning. One bathroom also had no lock and the other kept getting jammed - they did come out and try and fix it, but we did not dare use again it after one of the children got trapped. The kitchen only really fit 2 adults at a time, we managed but it wasn't ideal. Similarly, the Fridge Freezer is not big enough for a large group who intend to self cater. No colander in the kitchen.

Great location

We had to ask to have all the beds made up and still didn’t receive enough bedding for one. There was no air conditioning, one of the bathrooms didn’t lock and the showers were rubbish. It was overpriced for what we got!!
