Alles tiptop! Sehr gute Lage! Obwohl es, vom Nachtleben, sehr laut ist, sind die Schlafzimmer ruhig!

Its a nice big place for 4 of us and in a location that gives the experience we need. If you are looking for a place close to night life and central to bars/restaurants and commute options, this is great. Secure, easy to get in and out.

Some times the cabs may not come to the building, you may need to walk 50/100ft. The towels can be replaced with new ones and providing instructions to handle trash will help.

la biancheria era macchiata, alcune stoviglie ancora sporche, la zona è molto vissuta soprattutto di notte per cui si rischia di non sentirsi molto al sicuro rientrando a casa nelle ore notturne, il portone principale si apre con molta facilità

O apartamento fica no segundo andar e sem elevador. Apesar de informar aquecimento no anuncio, apenas existe na sala. Frio nos quartos, em razão da ausência do aquecimento. Na frente do apartamento tem karaokê e diversos bares. Muito barulho. Não gostei do ambiente noturno. Outra coisa, a água quente acaba muito rápido e faz necessário esperar muito para o próximo tomar banho quente. Fora isso, o cooktop não funcionou no primeiro dia e foi necessário atendimento presencial, que deixou apenas duas bocas funcionando e não 4 como existia.
