Beautiful 41BR wAC - in Heart of Lisbon

This spacious apartment is located in a very picturesque part of Lisbon, bustling with cafes and restaurants on every street. It has a big living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace looking out into an inner yard. It’s freshly renovated and decorated in a retro style.

This apartment is advertised and went through my filter as a 4 bedroom apartment with private parking and 2 bathrooms. It, however, does not achieve any of these. The apartment doesn’t have its own parking - parking lots nearby are merely recommended by the agent. It doesn’t really have 4 bedrooms - One of the bedrooms was probably converted from a storage room to a bedroom. It is too small and lacks sufficient ventilation for an adult. 2 bathrooms are 1.5 at best - the shower wouldn’t fit any of us, there was no sink in one of the bathrooms, and the second was only accessible from one of the bedrooms. Although freshly renovated, the quality of the building is so low that dust falling from the ceiling covered all the kitchen tables rendering them unusable. There was also no mention that this is in fact a basement apartment.
