Communication with the host was fantastic! Their instructions were very clear and they were very responsive when I had questions. The view from this apartment was amazing!! I would highly recommend this apartment!

The washer dryer combo didn't really dry the clothes, even after two 40 minute cycles, we still needed to air dry the damp clothes.

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. Perfect location to explore the little restaurant and shops all around and an easy walk to all the sights. The square across the street has an amazing view of the city. We visited during the early summer celebration in the city that lasts a month and there was a band actually in the square till midnight every night, which we actually enjoyed listening to while having a glass of wine after dinner. There is noise in the bedroom for the bars on the street below, and if you're staying over the weekend is even louder. I slept very well with my airpods in, but my husband who doesn't like having anything in his ears didn't sleep as well. I would recommend if you're booking you bring your earbuds or a good pair of ear plugs. That said don't shy away from this wonderful apartment, and enjoy what life is like in Bairro Alta in all it's hustle and bustle.

Loved the location, the space, the balcony. Loved that there was a Lyft to the apartment. The park across the Street was a high point with musicians playing at times. We were very appreciative of the welcome gifts. All interactions with staff were timely and pleasant. Happy for hairdryer and washing machine

3/4 of the dining chairs were broken. The couch and chair need to be replaced , and perhaps add another chair as seating is limited. Need more space or information for disposing of trash. Place a shim under the china cabinet as it is not level, making it noisy to walk by it which is unavoidable. Also, the floor of the mezzanine creaks and squeaks loudly. Someplace to hang wet towels after bathing would be helpful. A reflective strip on the riser of the stairs would be helpful .

Very clean, comfortable, easy entry, nice welcome pack. Really useful and comfortable bag store and lounge availability on last day.

Noise at night from street parties till 3:30am. Couldn’t get ac units to work as heaters - so basically not much heating
