Chiado Deluxe Terrace 3 BR Apartment

Minden szobához tartozott fürdőszoba. Nagyon frekventált, jól megközelíthető helyen feküdt.

Great central location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nearby train stations. Very easy to get around the city.

La ubicación excelente. Lo mejor del apartamento es que tiene tantas habitaciones como baños y es muy espacioso.

Que no tengan un espacio para poder guardar el equipaje cuando tienes que dejar el apartamento. La única opción que te dan es que vayas a una consigna.

Location was great and it was great to have 3 bedrooms and a lot of interior space for a European apartment in the city center. There was outdoor space that we enjoyed between touring. Easy to get the keys.

It was fine but there were enough things make me say I would not rent this place again and wish I would have known to make a different decision. I have never written a poor review bc I appreciate a small business trying to succeed but there were enough items that I would have preferred to stay somewhere else. 1- Shower was broken in one of the bathrooms, - we had 3 couples so that was an issue. We did contact the property manager but it was a holiday weekend for them so nothing was done or followed up on with that. Shower was also pretty moldy which a simple scrubbing would help. I hope they fixed it for the next renters! 2. We did have a big cockroach run out from under the bed and into our suitcase and shoes- I did reach out the property and they offered to come spray the bedroom ( we opted to let them spray when we were gone). We did not see any more and they happen in a city but it was not a great feeling. 3. We booked bc it had a washer and we travel light so needed to fresh up our clothes. The washer had an issue and would not unlock so our clothes were stuck until they could get someone out to repair it a few days later. We were already at our next town so they shipped the WET clothes to us once they got them out. We very much appreciate getting them back but a box of wet hot clothes was a little odd. 4. The front of the building is under construction and covered in tarps- we were there on holiday so did not experience the noise or construction workers but assume weekday travelers would . It also looked abandoned from the outside. Its Europe so sometime that happens but it was pretty grungy looking. 5. The air conditioning units from the upper floors all drip onto the units patio - its loud and kind of messy/wet - the patio could just use a little attention.
