There was parking and the apartment was just right for a family of four. The host is very accommodating and provided excellent recommendations.

The dryer wasn’t working and one of the shower doors didn’t close all the way so leaked water on the floor.

The host was in constant communication with us so that he could be there to greet us on our arrival. Aside from explaing how to use the (very easy) key codes to access the apartment, he also spent time assisting us with our planned activities for Lisbon, and was extremely helpful. We had received a free upgrade so the apartment more than met our expectations. It was so spacious! It was situated in a noisy part of Lisbon but the double glazed windows ensured no sound entered the apartment at night. The airconditioning was excellent and the complimentary bowl of fruit was a nice touch too.

Clean and spacious for our family of 3 in 2BR. We were allowed early check-in >5 hours for free. The host Luisa was super attentive with our queries about the apartment and also getting around and arranging tours for us

Large, clean apartment in a great location of the city. The fact that we were welcomed with fruit, water, and coffee was truly appreciated. Many places don’t offer anything. We enjoyed the ease of access in and out, not having to remember keys.

There was a sewer-like odor throughout the apartment which was distressing.
