Met by a very friendly and polite gentleman on arrival by the name of Fernando who gave us the tour of unit. Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Balcony with view of square with lots of entertaining views from the top floor. Close to everything. Trams running right pass apartments. Great food options on the doorstep. Soundproofing was on point. Love this place and extended our stay without hesitation.

The location was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by the large windows that opened onto a balcony over the square - beautiful!

Location is fantastic and the apartment is beautiful. The unit we had was 5A, which meant we had a rooftop patio all to ourselves. The decor was tasteful and the amenities were good. Staff and housekeeping were very helpful.
A couple of notes for further improvement: There was an odd smell coming out of the A/C in one of the rooms (it was fine once we aired it out). Also the washer probably needs to be sanitized. It smelled a little musty. Overall, though, we’d stay here again.
