Good location
Well it was kinda sufficient, a bare mininum for the price. The communication was too verbose for my taste and it was not cleaned when I arrived but that was addressed

No keys - key pad, instructions very easy and no trouble. Nice classic design inside, great bed, nice little balcony, wifi worked well, lovely bathroom.
Sitting area was tight, not the most comfortable.

Location and security is good.
I had rain in the room, they moved me to different apt few days later they said they fixed the problem and I had to move again. I refused and stayed in the same one. Them the boiler burnt lucky the electricity stoped and the fire stop too. Problem was fixed 24 hours later
