Bliss Lisbon Apartments - Bairro Alto

Great location and comfortable room.

I wasn't able to check-in until 5 because the room wasn't cleaned.

Very cozy well designed apartment. Good AC and windows are quite sound proof so you don't hear any noise from the restaurants on the street. Location is excellent. walking distance to all attractions and great restaurants. 6 min to Metro Baixa Chiado, super easy to get to airport, riverside or Rossi railroad... but of course there are hills and elevation drops and stairs. Comfy mattress and everything is very clean. the host Joǎo is always ready to help and replies fast to messages via booking app/ email.

stairs to the apartment are steep so for older people or people with disabilities it will be be hard to get there...

Fabulous restaurant at the bottom of the stairs to the building!! we went two nights running as it was so good, the appartment was lovely, complicated shower that was great once we worked it out, great location on a fairly quiet street with lots going on around, Appartment clean although i dropped something under the bed which could have been cleaner. but overall we were happy with the appartment and would stay again.

there was a problem with sending the check in codes, we received an email in the morning saying they would be sent but they werent and i messaged several times and had no response for a while and no reply to the phone number provided BUT there was a table at the lovely restaurant next door so we had a lovely meal and eventually the codes arrived and we got in just fine, they said its normally sent automatically and something had happened to the system so alls well that ends well although it was worrying for an hour or so.

The very very steep climb in to the apartment The aircon stopped working on Sunday morning reported but didn’t get a man to fix Wednesday afternoon arrival 15.15 on Thursday cleaning still going on we left Wednesday to hot with without aircon
