Chiado 2 Bedroom Elegant Apartment

Très bien situé. Appartement spacieux et silencieux. Bonne literie. Métro à 5 min et tram à 2 min. Quartier vivant avec pleins de restos et l'excellente pâtisserie de pasteis de nata Mantegaria au coin de la rue. Une boulangerie et une petite épicerie juste à côté. La présence des produits d'entretien et de toilettes en grande quantité était très appréciable.

L'appartement était décrit avec 2 SDB, raison de mon choix. A l'arrivée, ce qui était appelé SDB était ni plus ni moins, un lave-main dans le 2ème WC avec un porte serviette. Rien pour déposer ses affaires de toilette, aucun meuble de rangement. Personnellement, je ne trouve pas ça très correct au niveau de la description de l'appartement. Le sèche serviette de la SDB principale ne fonctionnait pas. En plus de la sensation de froid, les serviettes ne séchaient pas. Le chauffage portatif dans la salle à manger/salon n'était pas suffisant . Pièce avec haut plafond donc plus difficile à chauffer. Tous les matins, la mise en route du grille pain additionné au micro onde et au chauffage faisait tout disjoncter, et le soir c'était avec le lave vaisselle. Cheveux retrouvés dans le tiroir à couverts et sous le petit banc de la SDB.

Location of the apartment was great. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

Owner provided the information to access the apartment in advance, which is good. However, upon reaching the location, there are multiple locks. We need to try multiple locks until we managed to open the correct lock. Secondly, the power box is not able to sustain the electricity usage of the house. If you turn on the room's heaters, it will give you constant power trip. Have let the owner aware about it.

Läget var fantastiskt. Rymlig lägenhet som kändes ren o fräsch.

Väldigt mycket ljud nattetid. Hade varit hjälpsamt om ”the keylocker” varit märkt då det fanns 6 st.

The beds were very comfortable- nice bedding and storage. Great noise cancelling windows as this is a very loud and busy area. Convenient. Great host. Good location.

All grout needed to be cleaned. Kitchen also needs a deep cleaning. Very dated and shouldn’t be advertised as a premium suite. It suited our needs but we prefer a deeper clean kitchen and bathroom. Requires updating in some areas
