Chiado View

Wonderful location, communication with the staff, and comfort. Wonderful all round.

Nothing to add.

We would like to thank Jorge for the early check-in, which allowed us to enter the house at 3:00 PM. Excellent location, very comfortable mattresses, and a great supply of towels. The standout feature of the property is the house's charming atmosphere, defined by an authentic Portuguese style where vintage furniture and ornaments take center stage.

Unfortunately, the management showed a lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival, there were burnt-out lightbulbs in the kitchen and bathroom, the kettle was broken, and no tablets were provided for the dishwasher or coffee machine. While the host promptly replaced the lightbulbs, the other issues were left unresolved. Additionally, the small bedroom with the two twin beds has no window and lacks any bedside tables or surfaces to place your things. However, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the outdoor areas. The internal courtyard—which could be a real gem for the house—had a table and stairs that were visibly neglected. The green rug was littered with cigarette butts, sugar wrappers, and cotton swabs, forcing us to clean it ourselves in order to use it.

Very nice place - I feel like home The place has everything that you need to feel like home in the middle of Lissabon!

Nothing to dislike !
