The location was good and within walking distance of central spots

The front door of the property and the door of the apartment were near impossible to open, this wasn’t disclaimed to us upon arrival either, we were even worried that we wouldn’t get back into the apartment, some days it took up to 10 minutes to open the door. The hallway and stairway leading up to the apartment is nothing short of terrifying, the steps up were uneven and easy to fall on, the plaster was coming away from the walls, no railings, not ideal for wheelchair users or elderly. There is no aircon and the room heats up extremely quickly making it very hard to sleep along with the noise from outside, you cannot leave the windows open either due to the outside noise. The photographs on the advertisement are also nothing like how it is in real life. There are suspicious stains all over the walls, cracks in the ceiling and walls, we even had to mop the apartment when we arrived because of how dirty the floor was.
