Location on walking distance from different districts of the city and directly in a neighborhood of bars and restaurants
It is a bit small if you are with 4 persons but that was fine for us, we were in the city most of the time. The noise from the bar below didn’t bother us at all

Location location location. Great central place for active nightlife and exploring the area.
As a young family we haven't yet adapted our travel plans to having to bring a stroller etc. The stairs were very steep and directly off the street, which was at the time undergoing construction work, so entering and exiting was difficult with luggage and a baby. Being directly above two very lively bars was also difficult for us because of the FOMO - in pee baby days we'd have been thrilled.

Emplacement pas trop loin du centre.
L’ensemble de l’appartement, porte de chambre cassée, pas de fenêtre à une chambre, une porte placard cuisine cassé, mauvaise literie, sol en pente obligé de caler la table pour éviter qu’elle glisse et un bruit infernal jusqu’à 3 à 4h du matin. Je demande une indemnisation. Je donnerais une note de 5/10 maximum. A éviter!!!!
