Cons Cleaning was not completed until after 5. We asked if we could have a late check out to compensate but no one ever came back to us. Bad communication. Advertised as 2 bathrooms. There is only an En-suite shower room with bidet and a toilet. It would be fair to say as 2 couples we would not have booked if we had known that one couple would have to go through another bedroom to shower. The other toilet was not adequate as a bathroom! No welcome pack whatsoever. We bought coffee for the Nespresso machine which we were unable to use. Only 2 thin pillows per bedroom. Very basic furniture in bedrooms. Thin towels. No information on restaurants/ transport as promised. One was not told until after booking that you have to pick up the keys from the office. This sounds fine until you realise the office is at least 15 minutes away. Personally I would normally expect to meet owner at the residence and be shown the accommodation. This is not an accommodation for 4 adults as the only bathroom is an en suite.
