My Fair Lisbon - Unique Rustic Apartment near Príncipe Real

Great apartment and location. Our child liked the bunk bed.

Cleaning and communication were not perfect. I didn’t hear anything from the host when the property was booked (no instructions how check in process would look like, nothing), when I reached out I didn’t received a message for a few days until I contacted Booking.com. When we came in to check in the key was not in place I was told to pick them up from. Good I checked the apartment as I knew the address and cleaning lady was still cleaning. It was frustrating as there was no information about delays and host didn’t pick up the phone when I was calling him. After all the apartment was ok cleaned, because it is a newer property it was acceptable.
