Location was good.
Noise level wasn’t made clear. Sink tap is badly positioned and loose. Shower screen was off the rail and dangerous but nothing was done after it was reported. Air conditioning unit is badly positioned. Dark carpet made steps tricky/deceiving.

Beds and cushions were very nice, also really liked the rain shower. Air conditioning was good. Location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of the center. Easy to get to most places by foot or otherwise tram/metro.
Location on booking was wrong so took a while to find the actual place. We asked at the wrong hotel twice before finding it.

The suite was a lot bigger than expected!
There was a water mess in the bathroom, however the staff was quick to answer and offer solutions and deal with the issue.

The breakfast was good but not much selection. The location was good, close to the square.
The room wasn't very clean. We had a towel with a stain and hair on it. The shower was dirty. The stairs and floors are hazardous. Terrible workmanship with the bathroom doors that don't give you privacy and so much caulking around the shower looks very sloppy.
