Downtown by the River Apartment by LovelyStay

This was what I wrote: We appreciate the wonderful location during our stay in Lisbon. The apartment was in a fantastic location and was very well decorated. The space was excellent and ideal for our family of four. The furniture is beautiful and the artwork is too. We loved returning to the apartment after a long, hot day of sightseeing and walking, especially knowing it was right in the center of everything. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the location provided us with the necessary rest to recharge our batteries and continue enjoying our stay in Lisbon.

Communicating through booking.com not helpful . When we were able to communicate through WhatsApp all was fine

La ubicació és fantàstica per visitar la ciutat. L'apartament és ampli i està en un estat excel·lent, tot nou i disposa de tot el necessari per una estada curta... o llarga. Accés mot fàcil, disposa d'ascensor, tot perfecte.

El preu no és gens econòmic, però això ja ho sabíem quan vam reservar.

The flat is very comfortable and well decorated. Air conditions work very well. I really love this house. Also the location is very central.

I requested invoice but i was ignored somehow. I didn’t get it.

Location was great. Size of the apartment and cleaniess was good. Wifi was good. Not much noise from outside even though it is centrally located. Kitchen was well supplied to cook. Had an elevator which is good.

We were pressured into giving an exact time for arrival on our first day because someone will need to meet us at the property and give us physical keys. We were driving from Porto to Lisbon with sightseeing on the way, so it was hard to guess what time we would be arriving. When we arrived, there was no place to park the car to get the luggage out in front of the property. When i asked the lady where we can park the car, she said she did not know and asked the doorman. She said this is her first time and she had no knowledge about the apartment. There was a handbook on the dining table with some information - mostly the rules during the stay such as not to makeany noise and turn off the ac before leaving. There was 1 large towel and 1 handtowel per person. I asked for another set of towels as we were staying for 7 nights and they told me that there will be an extra charge for towels. There was no extra set of sheets to change as well. I guess we stayed longer than other guests, but i would expect at least another set of towels to use while waiting on one set to be washed and dried since there was no dryer and everything has to air dry. It was an expensive apartment, so i will probably stay at a hotel next time for less money and more comfort.
