Olivier Design Apartments - Downtown Lisbon - floors 2, 3, no lift

It is a beautiful apartment with everything we needed. There are towels, a dishwasher with pods, a coffee machine with some pods, a kettle, a cooker, glasses, dishes, cutlery, etc. Very useful to have a fridge and two bathrooms.

It is on the third floor, and these are very tall floors, so at the end of the day those stairs feel a little tiring. That's a very minor issue, and it is clearly indicated that there is no lift. But it is something to keep in mind for people that are less mobile.

La falta de ascensor

We liked how spacious it is and the tile on the walls. The staff was easy to communicate with and tried to help fix some of the issues we experienced. They were pleasant to speak with and I truly think they want to help. It was quiet in the bedrooms and the beds are comfortable. The location is great if you like being in the center of the touristy area.

The shower head in one bathroom is too heavy for the hardware that it attaches too. As a result, the shower head moves to the left which is quite annoying when trying to shower. We appreciate the attempt to fix this, but in the end it didn’t fix the issue. We didn’t want to deal with maintenance people in our apartment for a second time so we just dealt with it the best we could. The other shower was extremely moldy when we arrived and we appreciate the host’s effort to clean it while we were there. It still had mold afterwards but not nearly as much. The apartment has a lot of potential but needs repairs and better maintenance. In one of the bedrooms there is no space for your luggage. It’s a really tight fit.
