Lisbon Baixa 208 Apartment-Chiado

Location, Location, Location - very central for access to restaurants and sights, plus very near transport options (trams, metro and mainline Rossio station). Lots of space for a family of four, well maintained and nicely decorated. Host very helpful and lots of information provided. Aircon in lounge and one bedroom (fan provided in the other bedroom). Very nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Large wardrobe / draws in the main hallway. Fridgefreezer and washing machine

Not really a dislike but a word of caution - there is no elevator, only a staircase to the 4th floor.

Very spacious, perfect for 4 adults. Loved the washing machine. Beds were comfortable and the staff was attentive.

The worst part was being on the fourth floor with no elevator. After a long day walking around town, the stairs were tough. Not really mentioned in the booking.com description. Would be hard for older visitors.

A comunicação com o proprietário é muito boa, o apto é bem confortável e a localização é incrivel

La ubicación es perfecta, sin duda alguna. Se notaba que estaba recién pintado.

Es un 4 piso sin ascensor y no lo deja totalmente claro en la descripción. Hemos viajado con niños que ya no llevan carrito, pero podía haber sido un gran problema. Las camas no muy cómodas, pero para pocas noches puede pasar. No estaba bien limpio, por eso se notaba que se había pintado, y eso si me parece inaceptable. Si eso lo mejorara lo podría recomendar pese a las escaleras, ya que entiendo que es un edificio antiguo en en centro
