La situación
Las instalaciones estaban algo deterioradas. El portal bastante antiguo y descuidado. El congelador no funcionaba y alguna bombilla tampoco.

De ligging in het centrum van Lissabon, de ruimte in het appartement (top voor 5-6 personen)
Beneden ligt een bar waarvan het geluid nogal omhoog komt. Het appartement heeft echter geen airco, dus het is kiezen tussen geluid of koele lucht. Oordoppen aan te raden voor lichte slapers, afhankelijk van de slaapkamer.

De locatie is geweldig! Hele gezellige buurt die vooral ook heel centraal ligt om alles te voet te kunnen bezoeken. Heerlijke ruim appartement ook de slaapkamers en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Twee badkamers ook super fijn en de communicatie met de eigenaren verliep heel goed en snel! Hoe leuk is het als je arriveert en er staat een flesje wijn en, kaasje en toastjes voor je klaar met een welkomstbericht ernaast. Dat zijn de extra dingen die het doen.
Wij vonden het eigenlijk een dikke 10. Maar als ik wel iets mag zeggen zou ik ivm het geluid van straat wel een airco in het apartement plaatsen. Dan kun je met warme dagen de ramen sluiten en hoor je niks meer..

Close to the center of the town.
Spacious and clean.
Check-In was extremely difficult and tiring. We had to go to their main office at the other side of the town (45 min walk - one way from the property) to process our paperwork and check-in.
Lack of soundproof windows. Street noise (drunk people shouting) and people socializing in the bars below will not let you sleep till 3 or 4 am.
Lack of Kitchen cutleries and towels.
Poor management.
