Great location and great communication

The property is in a fantastic location, with the city and many attractions, restaurants and amenities all within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed being right amongst the city life and found the location very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well presented, making it a comfortable place to stay. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the overall experience.

The main drawbacks of the property were related to comfort and convenience during our stay. Two of the bedrooms did not have air-conditioning, which made them quite hot, stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during a heat wave. Although fans were provided, they were not sufficient for proper comfort in those rooms. We were also disappointed that a maintenance check was scheduled during our stay rather than after departure, as we would have preferred privacy throughout our visit. In addition, for early arrival, check-in was not available and the luggage storage lockers were full, which meant we had to find an alternative place to store our bags until the apartment was ready.

Excellent location, very close to everything and good cleaning service.

Annoying squeaky floor boards. You could hear all of your neighbors up, down, left, or right walking about and keeping you awake. The host did not satisfy a single request we had, did not even extend checkout by a single hour.
