My experience was great! I actually used two apartments in the complex (also the 3 bedroom one on top floor), as I was travelling with a bigger group beforehand. I then sized down to this smaller one. The owners are super communicative and let the rest of the group who was leaving store their bags in this apartment before check-in, as they had some spare time before the flight. I was able to check in fully earlier as well - communication really stood out to me with this place. The location is superb, but do keep in mind it's a very popular street and can become very noisy. I read the reviews beforehand so I was prepared for it, and it didn't bother me much. Apartment is very spacious and roomy.

Main thing with this apartment is that you can't really let natural light in, as it's on ground level right by the bar - we didn't feel comfortable having other people looking in. Floors did feel a bit filthy as they generally do in guest apartments, so recommend having indoor flip flops or similar to walk around with.

The area is noisy but it's quite common. I had no issues sleeping, but for those who are light sleepers, it could be a problem.
