GuestReady Lisbon Communications with host was prompt. The apartment is on top of lots of restaurants. The TV had English stations which was good.

On arrival at the apartment our first obstacle was getting into the apartment. Using the combination key knob was very challenging. Then we all sat to at the table for a drink. My husband almost immediately fell off the kitchen chair as the legs gave way. I now see that other people have mentioned this and should be rectified before someone really gets hurt, I notified the people to let them know. The apartment definitely was not cleaned properly food and crumbs in the corners of the kitchen floor. We paid over $100s for a cleaning fee I would question what do they do. Both bathrooms need a really good going over there is black mould in both. Having to remove your rubbish after staying really makes it very very difficult and we had ask how to do so. Then instructed to use coloured bins outside apartment ....there aren't any.  Sadly I could not recommend this place until all issues have been addressed.
