    The apartment was in a great location and a good size for a family but was looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Staff were very helpful.

    The location is excellent, however, there were 2 incidents during our stay that made me think that the staff is just lazy. We asked for iron that came super last minute before our wine tour started even though we asked for it the night before. My husband had to wait in front of the reception to remind them of the urgency. Second, i asked my room to be cleaned twice, once at 12pm another at 3pm. I was made to think that they will do it from 2 receptionists, only to just have the cleaner give me clean towels without touching my room. The staff are just very lax. The one in the hijab has a particularly sour expression the whole time, not suitable to be in the service industry.
