Facilities were good and location too.

It was humid in the lounge room as no air conditioning but windows were open and nice breeze coming in

We have stayed here on and off for 2 years and have enjoyed the house everytime. Its location is perfect for needing to be in Manukau for the week and its proximity to the gardens is fantastic for a safe afternoon walk.

Great location, ample space for family members that visited us. The home was close enough to almost everything.

We loved everything. If anything, slightly bigger pots for bigger families.

The location was great and had everything we needed.

Good location, very spacious inside, multiple bedrooms, comfortable beds, good for larger families or groups but it's a quiet neighborhood. There are two washing machines! And a ventilation dryer.

Maybe due to the change in weather, we encountered a few bugs inside but otherwise everything was clean. There's no design concept inside, furniture is functional but old, lighting is bleak in places. Minor stuff, just depends on what you want in a place.

Size of house was huge. Lots of space for family and visitors. Location awesome as close to motorway.

One bed was very firm. Dish cloths and brushes were old. Really needed new ones.

The size of the house was amazing and the location made it easy on us to go back and forth to the sporting grounds Having 2 bathrooms ensured there were no queues to use the facilities The kitchen was big enough for us to fit when making meals and instructions how to use the induction oven were clear and easy to follow Plenty of seating available (lounge+dining)

I recently had the pleasure of staying two nights in this delightful home, and I must say, it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. The house itself was impressively spacious and instantly felt like home. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, the location was ideal – just a few minutes' walk from the Auckland Botanical Gardens, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature effortlessly. Cleanliness and amenities are often my top concerns with rentals, but this house left no room for complaints. It was spotless throughout, and the inclusion of a washing machine and dryer was a lifesaver, especially for a longer stay. But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible service provided by the host. Upon arriving at the airport, I realized I had left something significant behind. I reached out to the host, who responded almost immediately. With no car at my disposal, I was at a loss for retrieving my item. To my relief and gratitude, the host offered to drive over 20 minutes to the airport to return it to me. This level of thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile (quite literally!) was astounding. In summary, I couldn't be happier with my stay. The comfort of the house, combined with the serenity of the neighborhood and the exceptional service from the host, makes this rental a top recommendation. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a home base for exploring Auckland, this place is a perfect choice.

My family of 7 (kids ages ranging from 5months to 18years) thoroughly enjoyed the big spacious house that each kid had their own bed lol. Our baby slept soundly in the aircon master bedroom. Communication with the host was top notch and they were always getting back fast to any queries we had. Highly recommended for families

Check in was easy and the location was very convenient near the airport and botanical gardens. There was room for parking two cars in the drive way. The house was very spacious. We didn't get a chance to use the kitchen, tv, or enjoy the backyard, but all seemed nice.

There was black mold in both showers, more in the guest shower.

Plenty of room to relax in. Nice lounges with TVs. The kitchen was very nice. Nice clean towels. My duvet was a bit too fluffy for me...I like clean and crisp!

Although we were very quiet especially since we had been warned very well no parties and that because of children in the area we had to be very quiet, it was children in the area that kept making lots of noise well past 10pm which I thought was not so good! Admittedly it was around Guy Fawkes time of the year when people tend to be very stupid. Bathroom shower and other spots needed to be sprayed with bleach to remove the blackness.

It has been a pleasure to stay at your lovely home. The location was perfect for the intended purpose of our visit. Everything our family needed was within reach, it's a home away from home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The spacious lounge areas made it even more comfortable for our family. We will not hesitate to book it again in the future. Thanks so much.

Great location, the house is very spacious for a family of 8. Very clean!

Couldn’t find a fault of the property.

Spacious property with enough bedrooms and living and playing areas for the family. Beds, countertops, and floors were very clean. Each bedroom had either a wall or space heater.

Slight noises coming from outside of property randomly, but owner can’t control this.

Very beautiful, cosy and comfortable house! Highly recommend it!

We didn't have breakfast at home ... only coffees and teas.

Some of the spare blankets were quite uncomfortable due to them feeling like scratchy wooly type ones.

Lovely big house! Great for families to stay in. Everything about it was fantastic. A home away from home which definitely made life easier travelling with kids.
