We enjoyed 4 days of skiing, being in Marjanne made it even better.

Spacy, comfortable and good location also for skitouring

Apartment is large, equipped with taste, beds are very comfortable. Also kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to use. We had the room close to reception but did not hear any noise. We needed to go earlier for ski touring and the owners were happy to prepare breakfast for us earlier. That would be my recommendation in spring time to shift the breakfast towards earlier time as the snow is harder in the morning. Otherwise very comfortable, no reproaches at all.

Best accomodation in Niederau

Great location, very clean rooms and hospitality was more than expectations. Excellent breakfast and delicious coffee. Marjane and Richard were great hosts helped us in everything and gave us all the info we needed. We will be back again for sure

Geräumiges Zimmer, freundlicher Empfang, schöne Umgebung

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und die Küche ausreichend, um Kleinigkeiten zuzubereiten. Man konnte in ein paar Minuten zur Bushaltestelle laufen, wo regelmäßig ein Bus nach Auffach zur Gondel fährt. Der Lift in Niederau kann auch in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreicht werden, das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir waren über Silvester dort, weshalb die Preise vermutlich etwas höher waren als sonst. Das Frühstück gab es leider erst ab 7:45 was zeitlich mit dem Skifahren knapp wurde.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gaben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Herzliche Unterkunft in Toplage

Die Nähe zum Ortskern (Spar, Apotheke, Sparkasse) und zu den Liften (vor allem Lanerköpfl) war fantastisch. Besonders überzeugt hat uns auch die Herzlichkeit der beiden Gastgeber.

Rührei/Spiegelei statt hartgekochte Eier wäre beim Frühstück eine tolle Ergänzung, aber ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Super Unterkunft, wir kommen wieder

Eine sehr nette Unterkunft mit noch netteren Besitzern. Alles ist sehr familiär. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, mit Balkon, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Die Lage ist auch super,man kann fußläufig die Seilbahn, Restaurants und einen Lebensmittelladen erreichen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Piste, Restaurants und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Service wie im Hotel z.B. Handtücher werden gewechselt, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Seife, alles vorhanden und wird nachgefüllt.
