Fantastic location with a great view of the sea right out front. Modern amenities but with tons of charm. Although there's a walk to get to the location by the water, there are slopes, but very few stairs to get to the apartment. (Unlike some places that have more of a climb.) It's well worth it.
To get to the rooms from the common entry and kitchen area on the first floor, there's a spiral staircase. It was no problem for us, but some people may find it tight or difficult with large luggage.

The view was astounding. Saw a Rick Steves episode and swear that they filmed it from our room!
Don’t bring luggage. The spiral staircase would be impossible to climb. We had backpacks which were perfect.
