The room was so close to where I wanted to spend my time in Manarola! It had a great terrace looking over a square and the sea. Giacomo was a superb host.
Nothing - but beware, the stairs up to the rooms are a tight spiral. If you have mobility issues or a lot of baggage, this might be difficult. Giacomo helped with my luggage.

Location was great. Exactly as advertised. The room was perfect for our 3 night stay. The host met us early in very short notice.

Fantastic location with a great view of the sea right out front. Modern amenities but with tons of charm. Although there's a walk to get to the location by the water, there are slopes, but very few stairs to get to the apartment. (Unlike some places that have more of a climb.) It's well worth it.
To get to the rooms from the common entry and kitchen area on the first floor, there's a spiral staircase. It was no problem for us, but some people may find it tight or difficult with large luggage.
