Wonderful and special

The owners gave us access to their terrace to watch the sunset at night. They were incredibly kind and it was a very special evening sitting at the top as we ate our dinner. One of the highlights of our trip.

Really enjoyed our time at La Piramide!!

Elenora and her father Paulo were excellent hosts! They helped us with our luggage to/from the train station and this was a big job as the route is uphill. Paulo gave us a tour of his "paradise" which is a lovely garden at the top of the lodge, with a breathtaking view. The room was very cute, clean, and the bathroom was modern, very clean. Elenora had treats in the room and a great coffeemaker. Very nice stay and highly recommend!!

If there is a better view than the terrace at La Piramide, I cant imagine. Magnifico. The best we have ever had in our travels. And peaceful. The host, Eleonora, was very gracious and couldn't have been more helpful. One of our best stays in many, many travels.

If you want to visit Cinque Terre, you have to choose Manarola to live. And in Manarola, La Piramide has a perfect location in the village. See view, calm street in may, excellent bed, confortable bathroom (with italian shower, of course !), and mainly, many attentions from Eleonora, who is a so welcoming hostess. Wonderful journey there.

We loved everything about this property. The location was easy to find and our host, Eleanora, was so kind and helpful. This property is located at one of the highest points in Manarola village and was well appointed and spotless. We had a sea view room but we also had access to the wonderful garden level where we soaked up the beautiful sun and views of the Ligurian Sea. We thoroughly recommend this property but be prepared for a little climb to reach it. We gave it a 10/10 😁

Amazing location, especially the terrace bar overlooking the sea at sunset. Very peaceful. The host, Eleonora was super special. Very kind and helpful. Always checking in each day via WhatsApp to make sure all was good. It was one of our birthdays one day. We didn't tell her, but I guess she picked it up from our passport. Unexpectedly she brought cakes for us and left them outside the room, then WhatsApp to wish a happy birthday. Very unexpected. Very generous and gracious host.

Great location. Was in the heart of Manarola but away from the Main Street which could be quite busy during the day. Easy check in. Perfectly clean. Modern bathroom. Eleanora the host was very friendly.

The location is fantastic, room super clean, host incredibly friendly and helpful. Wifi great, extra amenities in room like coffee pot, free snacks and chocolates on pillow at night. Located at one of the highest spots in town hence an incredible ocean view.

We had a fabulous visit and would love to return,

Breakfast in the village was very good. Had coffee pod machine with good unflavored coffee in the shared lobby between rooms. We are a bit of coffee snobs and not into flavored coffees. Great espresso, cappuccino and coffee also in town. Excellent restaurant recommendations from our hosts, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Access to the private garden up from our rooms at the pyramide, the ex lantern at the point of the hill above Manarola, was unexpected and amazing. We enjoyed fabulous sunsets. The rooms, including bathrooms, were nicely updated.

Wish we could have had a table inside to play cards, dominos with our friends, since we were traveling with another couple. The restroom emitted a sewer gas smell. As asked we left the bathroom exhaust fan on 24 hrs a day, and with the door ajar, it let the light and fan sound through into our bedroom. Solving that problem would have made for a near perfect experience.

At the top of Manarola

Eleonora the host is very kind and helpful. She offered to change our room which didn't have a balcony with the other room which had a balcony since there was no other guest. Great view from the garden terrace which is thoughtfully decorated with lots of details.

Good value for money. Private, comfortable and great location

The location was perfect close to harbour and not too steep to push suitcases. The room although smallish was comfortable clean and cosy with added styling details. The small terraced balcony was perfect to enjoy a pre dinner drink and look over the ocean. The bed was really comfortable with quality linen and there was certainly privacy. We could not hear or in fact were not aware of other guests.

Lovely apartment in Manarola

We had a really lovely stay in Manarola. However, we were disappointed with the lack of outdoor space which is in the facilities listed on booking.com and in the pictures. The room has everything you could want, and space to wash and hang out clothes. Lovely owner who was happy to help with any queries.

No outdoor space which is listed on facilities. We feel the advert was misleading. Air conditioning was also temperamental.

clean and cozy property with working air con, mini fridge and a coffee machine. the bed was comfy and the room spacious. the host, Eleonora, was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us with a personal problem. highly recommended it!

after noon, the bathroom’s drains smelt probably due to the low tie. not a complain, but be aware that Manarola has lots of stairs and steep paths and that it can be difficult carrying your language so try to travel light!

La Piramide is the perfect seaside retreat! Even though it is one of the highest points in the village, the roads to get there are mostly ramps, which made it much easier with our luggage. Eleonora was an incredibly gracious host who provided everything we might need. The room in which we stayed was spotless, updated, and efficiently designed. We loved having a little terrace on which to watch the sunset, too. My husband and I fell in love with Manarola and absolutely plan to return to La Piramide when we get the chance!
