Located in a privileged area on the outskirts of the city, this exclusive and spacious five-bedroom villa is the ideal place to spend unforgettable days with family or friends, enjoying maximum comfort, its landscaped areas, and the outdoor pool.
Accommodation, Layout, and Equipment
With a surface area of 300 square meters and a capacity of up to 13 people, this is an exceptional property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and equipped with all kinds of facilities to meet your needs and comfort.
The property features a lounge with a coffee table and dining table, which is very bright due to its large windows, as well as an adjoining dining room in navy blue tones and Andalusian style. Next to it, there is a beautiful living room with a fireplace, which you reach through a spacious hallway decorated with floral motifs in red and white.
The accommodation has five bedrooms distributed on both floors of the villa as follows: two bedrooms with two double beds each, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and one bedroom with three single beds.
Finally, the house has three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub, fully equipped for those who decide to enjoy Villa Elisa.
Regarding the exterior, the villa has landscaped areas with sun loungers, a swimming pool, a bar area, a barbecue area, and an amazing garden dining set surrounded and covered by natural vegetation.
The entire property has air conditioning indoors, as well as six free parking spaces for our guests.

Located on the outskirts of Malaga, in the Pinares de Olletas area, with easy access from both the city and the Mediterranean Motorway (A-7), this beautiful villa is perfect for groups with different preferences. Whether you want to disconnect and enjoy the sun or explore the historic center of the city, it is easy and straightforward to venture into Malaga by car, taxi, or public bus.
Usage Rules
The pool is open from 08:00 to 00:00. After 00:00, the use of the garden and pool areas is prohibited. However, if you wish to continue your evening, there is a covered outdoor dining area surrounded by vegetation where you can continue as long as you use it respectfully and avoid activities that may disturb the neighbors' rest. The use of music or generating noise that may cause discomfort to the villa's neighbors is also prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, and cigarette butts should not be thrown in the garden area outside the property.

The house is beautiful and spacious but it does seem a bit neglected. Property managers were very responsive when we had issues with a broken toilet, dishwasher and air conditioner. They took care of it right away. The pool is great and well as the outdoor space. There is no dryer, just a washing machine. Overall, our family had a fabulous time!

Loved the Villa, very clean and very well equipped. The correspondence between booking and arrival was very good. Mario, who met us in arrival was very friendly and helpful and explained everything very well. Check out was also very easy.
There were only 6 mugs in kitchen, between 13 of us, which was not a problem for us but might be a problem for other users.

We loved the villa and especially its garden. It’s comfortable with lots of different seating areas which creates different atmospheres. It’s about 15 minutes drive from beach or malaga center which makes the location great. The online check-in procedure is very complex. Also the equipment such as wine glasses and other kitchen equipment could be better. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the small issues seems to be easy to improve.

Reservamos esta villa para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido y no podría haber ido mejor. Fuimos 3 parejas y lo pasamos super bien el fin de semana pasado.
Hicimos una barbacoa en el jardín la primera noche y comimos afuera en la mesa de comedor al lado de la piscina. Empezó a llover un poco mientras cenábamos, por lo que agradecimos mucho que todo ese "comedor exterior" estubiera bajo un techo (y con un baño al lado).
Además de tener barbacoa, en la cocina encontramos absolutamente todo lo que podíamos necesitar (abre botellas, tostadora, exprimidor, hervidor de agua eléctrico, tazas, copas de varios tamaños, vasos, etc.) y hay un Mercadona a tan sólo 1km, por lo que no nos faltó de nada.
La casa es expectacular y la decoración es preciosa (los suelos, cortinas, muebles, etc), y los jardines ni te cuento. Todo estaba muy cuidado y muy bonito.
No creo que se pueda mejorar, pero lo único de lo que me podría quejar es la falta de privacidad. La villa está rodeada de casas, y algunas de ellas tienen más altura, por lo que la zona de la piscina y otras áreas del jardín no son nada privadas.Teníamos a los vecinos enfrente, en su balcón y a veces hasta escuchábamos lo que veían en la tele.
Por otro lado, es una lástima que no se pueda encender la chimenea. Para los que vivimos en pisos, las fotos del salón con chimenea fue uno de los motivos por los que reservamos la casa, pero al llegar, había carteles diciendo que no se podía usar. Ojalá para la próxima la podamos encender. :)
