Location, very close of everything you need, very big terrace, but not the one from the pictures

The sofa from living was not so comfy and it was broken

Location is almost perfect, 200 meter away from beach (Playa 41-42), on walking distance to old city. The flat is provided with 3 ACs, 2 TV, Washing Machine, Fridge, coffee machine etc, all of them are working welk, Quite spatious living room with TV and sofa. The cafe / restaurant / shops are clise to the flat. Checkin instructions are very clear.

Flooring is deteriorated and needs sone attention, Soap hangers not available in showers (need to use ine from sink), no ventilation is working in bathroims causing fogging or poor exhaust. TV in bedroom is locked in corner and not visible much.

Location was superb. 5 mins walk from the beach. The apartment was excellent: modern kitchen, good living room. Good bathroom, very good bedroom, which was very quiet and had superb blackout blinds. It was the only apartment with an outside dining area, and parasol, as it was on the ground floor. This also made it quick for entry and exit. The location was also one minute from the grocery shop and two coffee shops were within 3 mins walk. Great wifi and great air conditioning. Access was easy.

The crockery (some chipped), cutlery and kitchen accessories could have been better quality, which would have been in keeping with the place. There was a slight smell of damp as you enter.

The location was great. Super close to the beach. A 20 min walk to downtown/old town. Many restaurants and mini supermarkets in close proximity to the accommodation.

The 3rd party. Booked through booking.com, then was contacted by a 3rd part agency and had to jump through many hoops to get any check-in information. They only reached out 24 hours beforehand, and I had to scan and upload passports, sign random contracts, etc. Not cool. The second bedroom wasn't ready. No towels, the duvet was in a random cupboard and had a ton of stains. The internet was dreadful. Don't go if you need to do any kind of work. The AC units I don't know if they have ever been cleaned. Not at all healthy to have such black grot built up. There was reviews about the construction next door. Just know this is ongoing and starts at 7am!!
