A delightful modern apartment with balcony in the historic centre of Malaga.

The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location for everything Malaga has to offer. The shower was great and the beds very comfortable. It was nice to have four balconies!

This is nobody’s fault, but there was a lot of noise from street cleaners in the early hours of the morning, which woke me up as I’m a light sleeper. Take ear plugs!

Great location but needs improvements

The location was great, very central, but as previously mentioned very noisy due to the proximity of cafes and bars, earplugs essential! Plenty of kitchenware.

Some of the crockery was dirty from the previous occupants so we had to wash it before we could use it. No chopping board for prepping food. Toilet seat broken. No shower gel in dispenser. Hair on rug in living room and in bathroom. Balcony doors were dirty. Listed as ‘high end serviced apartment’ but fairly average.

Way too noisy. Impossible to sleep

Bed was comfortable, room was okay design wise.

We must have defaulted to the disabled access room - bathroom not well designed, water went everywhere. But the worst bit is the noise. Impossible to sleep before 1am with the restaurants below. (Especially when on level one) And construction next door from 630am PLUS a busy road. Please invest in better sound proofing, it’s a joke.

Great stay in Malaga!

The apartments are at the far end of the block from the Picasso Casa museum (look for the HomeArt sign with the door beside the coffee shop hatch). The location was very good, all sights & the beach were within walking distance.If you do chose to go further, taxis line the street across the square and there is an abundance of places to eat and drink on your doorstep.The apartment block has a reception area on floor 1 should you need to speak to staff. Each corridor had cameras and felt very safe. Inside the apartment (301) was modern and clean, lovely decor, high windows and stylish finishes. It had comfy beds & everything we needed was included during our stay. There is a great supermarket, within a few minutes walk, at the far end of the block should you want to cook rather than eating out. This apartment was perfect for our stay!

I read on a few previous reviews about noise from the restaurants & bars beneath the apartments. We did not find this a problem as long as windows were closed properly at night.

The Malaga Dream

It’s location was amazing and size was good

There was a lot of noise which is expected for the location. There was a clear smell from the drainage when you entered the room and there was no reception. So if you want to request a late check out you need to try call or message which response time was quite a bit

Unplanned long stay

We planned to stay for 2 nights, but because of my health problems, we stayed for 6 nights. Every time we extended our stay, we had to change rooms. In the end, we stayed in 4 different apartments on different floors—I think I’ve seen every room in the building! All the apartments were almost the same—very comfortable and practical. But if you need complete silence to sleep, it might be a problem. The location is very central (extremely perfect), so there are people outside having fun until late at night, and some noise comes into the rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful when I was sick. Thank you to all of them! I would stay here again.

Wonderful, a beautiful city and the food was amazing

Location was ideal, very central, everything we wanted on our doorstep.

We would have preferred an apartment facing the old town overlooking the Lilac trees but if we had booked earlier we may have had a better chance of obtaining one, our mistake.

The apartment is very cosy , like i could live in such a place also long term not just for a short trip Location super central, you can hear ppl out till late night on the weekends even till the morning but for me it was not a problem In apartment you can find all for your comfort Balconies are nice but small

You have to wait for a longer time to get water temperature adjusted If you want to cook there you have to buy all by yourself like small things oil, pepper salt, sugar also coffe or tea as there are just 2 coffe capsules but again for me it wasnt a huge problem, the store is 2 min away so you can get all you need

Location was excellent. Close to the Picasso Museum and other art institutions. Easy to get in and out of the apartment using the key pad. Apt was clean and spacious. I would book again.

Perfect apartment for exploring beautiful Malaga

Location was perfect , apartment was lovely , very clean

The bed was uncomfortable and we had an apartment where the bedroom was at the side of a busy road , was noisy until around 3am and then from 7.30am and workmen started on building site 8am , upstairs toilet must have been above the bedroom could hear the flush and cistern run. Therefore these issues resulted in an interrupted sleep.

It would have been great if some tea and coffee (aside from two coffee pods over a 3 night stay) would have been supplied. Also, this is not a place for light sleepers - busy & noisy square and a bar under the apartments working until 2 am, but if you have no problems sleeping with noise no worries.

Great location and quiet even though right in old town and above the restaurants. We were on 4th floor. Super cute space and amenities. Great breakfast spot next door!
