Convenient and cosy

It was great that apartment was ready earlier than 4pm as we arrived on an early flight. Even though the bed was 2 singles it was very comfortable. Location was excellent. Nice toiletries supplied. Everything was as described on website.

It didn't affect us but it needs to be highlighted that the apt probably isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Our apt was 2 flights up. Otherwise everything perfect.

A warm, safe, and cozy stay in a perfect location—highly recommended!

I loved the spacious apartment, its exceptional location, and the peaceful atmosphere. The room was amazing—very clean, well-equipped with all cooking essentials, and had plenty of blankets. The staff were friendly and accommodating; they allowed us to leave our luggage early before check-in and prepared the apartment quickly.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator, and the apartment was on the second floor, so we had to carry our heavy luggage ourselves, which was quite exhausting. There were also no cleaning services, so we had to sweep and tidy the place on our own. It would be great if they could add a washing machine. We also had to take out the trash ourselves even on the last day, which was a bit inconvenient.

A comfortable stay in a great location.

Excellent location in the historical centre and a 10-15min walk to various places of interest including the Alcazaba, Malagueta beach and the ferry port. There are various shops/restaurants right on the doorstep. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The host was contactable throughout our stay for any queries/fresh towels etc.

It can get noisy at night time due to the location.

Minimal Rooms has a problem with front door lock apartment 3

Clean apartment,very near supermarket

In the 6 days we were there we had to call the locksmith on 4 separate days as key stuck in lock as we went in apt.Although locksmith came quick ,this is not acceptable for a stay in a holiday apartment.On last day of our stay we asked where we could store our luggage as we had an evening flight.Ele apartments who have this storage facility told us it would be 6 euros for our 2 small cases.We asked if this fee could be waived as we had suffered so much inconveience but told no.We paid this but we will never return to Minimal Rooms.

We didn’t get full check-in instructions and had real problems locating the apartment or the luggage store. We also didn’t get the airport taxi that we had reserved through the apartments.?( had we done so, we might have located the apartment more quickly)

Loved it!

I was hoping the host would allow us to check in earlier as this what I initially booked but unfortunately that was not the case. The cleaner was lovely enough to let us leave our bags while we waited. I think there needs to be more than one cleaner , bless them, they work so hard and the cleaning is very time consuming for one person.

Great location. Apartment as per photos. No washing machine

I stayed in a 1 bed apartment for 1 week. I found it bright, clean and very well located. The bed was very comfortable, and though there’s a restaurant right outside the building, they normally pack up before midnight and it is quiet during the night. The apartment has a large open living space, good water pressure and temperature in the shower and its location is just great. Also really appreciated the bathroom supplies (shampoo, hand soap and shower gel) which were well sized for the whole stay.

I didn’t realise when selecting the accommodation that there is no washing machine available, that is a bit of a downside for long stays. The Tv is flat, but not smart and only local channels available, the sofa bed (which I didn’t try as a bed) is stained and quite uncomfortable, perhaps time to update it. Also was surprised there were no coffee capsules or tea bags provided, just sugar and honey and a couple of buiscuits (it seemed ironic) no salt either, just oil..

Location perfect. Very clean, Bed very comfy, Bathroom big, enough toilet paper, shower gel, soap Kitchen clean and equipped with everything you need, even a dishwasher with tab and vacuumed new sponges, olive oil, vinegar, coffee capsules and coffee machine available for the first days There was even an ironing board, iron, and mosquito spray in the cupboard on the slope. Communication with the landlord was excellent; we were even able to extend our stay for one night because we were so impressed Although it can get noisy in the evenings due to the surrounding restaurants, we were in a room at the back so it was quiet in our bedroom What I've never seen before (we travel a lot) is that there's even a first aid kit in the wardrobe. They've thought of everything, even ice cubes! Big compliments to the cleaning crew;)

Good, but might be better.

Very good localization, in the very center of Malaga. Apartment has nice design, in general, all that you might need is there on arrival. Very nice and understanding cleaning stuff.

The apartment faces a little street with a bar under the balcony, so the noise is almost all day long. We saw offers with internal patios, but received apartment without the patio access. There was a renovation on ground floor, so we had to endure more noise and smells from the paining etc. The apartment is quite new, but far from fresh, there were some appliances that were barely working (leaking coffee machine eg). The bar stools near the "table" are too high to be able to sit on the table. Not a big deal, but still, it makes your stay a bit more difficult. Contact with the host is only via booking chat, hard to get information ex. were to leave the luggage.

Great location , right beside Mercedes plaza and minutes walk into the old town. Comfortable apartment .

We stayed twice over a week long period ,travelling in between stays to another location . Our initial stay was 2 nights ,arriving late at night on our first night . Having stayed in Malaga old town many times we know to accept the late night noise from restaurants outside and below apartments in the old town and this doesn't bother us however on our first morning we were awoken early to the very loud sounds of drilling and banging beneath us , we had been allocated apartment number 2 ,upon further investigation we discovered that the apartment below us ,number 1,is currently undergoing extensive renovation and there was a large team of builders there from early morning till around 5 pm. As on our return trip my husband was going to be working during the day and making and taking many calls I contacted the management team of the apartments and requested another apartment that wasn't directly below a building site explaining my husband would in effect be working from home for two full days , I heard nothing back from them and then actually spoke to someone explaining again the situation - nothing was done ,we were again allocated appt 2 ,we had already paid up front so cancellation wasn't an option but had we known we would be staying under an extremely noisy building site we would obviously never have chosen these apartments .I feel it is very disingenuous of ELE apartments not to make clear at the point of booking that there is currently extensive building work taking place .As I write this the sounds of construction coming from the apartment below is deafening -.

Great location and near everything in Malaga. Even though is located in the heart of a busy tourist region, it was quiet and everything went well. A nice place to stay.

Comfortable, good value in great location

Excellent central location tucked away down a side street. The restaurant below the accommodation does mean there is noise til late and the street cleaners are out early but it’s ok if you are not too bothered by noise. Apartment 3 is compact but well designed either way a small but adequate bathroom and a kitchen which allows preparation of simple meals. The bed is made of two singles pushed together with good quality bedding. We founded it very comfortable.

Tricky access for cars. We managed to get an uber to the gates outside the property but it was difficult making our location clear and I had to go to the square where he was parked and guide honk to us. He wasn’t sure about access as it was only for authorised vehicles but drove down anyway as we had heavy suitcases. We lost the WiFi on the second day and although communication with the agency who manages the accommodation was ok it wasn’t fixed until the next day.

Still excellent, conveniently located, roomy, nice beds and nicely furnished.

It can be a bit noisy; from the outside this is expected as the square and nightlife are near, but it's actually the next door apartments that can be a bit much. So: bring plugs/headphones.

We enjoyed our staying at Minimal. There was a little bit noisy because of bars-neighbours, but in general it didn't cause us any significant inconveniences. The appartment, linen were clean. We got assistance from Minimal with our luggage storage after check-out. We'd be pleased to stay here one more time.

Our apartment was facing the entrance street where the restaurant in the building next to it is located, so it was pretty loud all evening and night. The walls and windows are pretty thin so of you are a light sleeper may not be the best place for you unless you use ear plugs.

A nice, clean apartment with good location. Good communication before arrival and very friendly staff during the stay. The beds were excellent! The apartment was very quiet during night time; the nearby restaurants did not bother at all.

Spacious apartment in a great yet quiet location. Well equipped with comfortable beds (double bed = 2 single beds jointed).

You might notice some tear&wear of the apartment. The heating from air conditioner is not very comfortable in January but you can handle it.
