Minimal Rooms by ELE Apartments

The apartment is very well situated in Malaga historical centre, near Plaza Merced. It has lots of places to eat and also small shops where you can buy food and beverages. The apartment itself is modern, nicely decorated and with an efficient ventilation system. The host gives you all the necessary information online and responds very quickly to requests.

There is noise coming from the street below, because in the same courtyard there is a restaurant with a terrace- that is an excellent food option, opened till around 00:30 am. We did not mind because in Malaga the streets/plazas are usually full with people in the night having late dinners, drinks or partying or enjoying a night walk, so I think that the street noise is a common thing in most accommodations.

Location was good. The apartment was comfortable. All that we needed for our stay. Check in and out was easy and good contact with host.

Bit noisy during night from restaurants below. Would have welcomed a change of bed sheets and towels during our stay as we were there for 9 nights.

Location, communication and cleanliness

No stand. A little corner to put the toiletries will help people with back pain not to bend down.

Clean apartment,very near supermarket

In the 6 days we were there we had to call the locksmith on 4 separate days as key stuck in lock as we went in apt.Although locksmith came quick ,this is not acceptable for a stay in a holiday apartment.On last day of our stay we asked where we could store our luggage as we had an evening flight.Ele apartments who have this storage facility told us it would be 6 euros for our 2 small cases.We asked if this fee could be waived as we had suffered so much inconveience but told no.We paid this but we will never return to Minimal Rooms.
