Christina Penthouse in Malaga by Solaga Holiday Homes

The apartment is very homely and very nicely furnished. The double bed was comfortable and the terrace is definitely a big plus. Very big and not overlooked.

We were shocked about the outside area where the apartment is as extensive and obviously long~term road works are ongoing. But it doesn’t much matter inside the apartment as you can only hear it a bit. It is worse on the terrace as you can then hear the noise much more. The terrace can’t be accessed from the apartment but from the communal stairways. Not a big problem as the apartment is the last one in the building. I do think it is overpriced as the road works are intrusive, there is only a small bathroom and the single beds in the second bedroom are very small!

We loved the roof top terrace. All the conveniences of a well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Wifi good. Very clean. Very close to covered market for fresh produce. Also very close to the pedestrian area and excellent restaurants / bars. Quiet - no street noise at night.

Take care on the marble steps up to and down from the terrace. Being predominately white they could become ill-defined and tricky for anyone with visual impairments. Guard food against the seagulls on the terrace! I prefer a key to a mobile app for getting access to the apartment (maybe I should keep up with the times more).
