- Location - Equipment (kitchen utensils, air conditioning) - Availability of staff through WhatsApp
Flat located on the ground floor, but it was still pretty silent and this is also a personal preference rather than a negative aspect of the accommodation itself. Some photos suggested there is a balcony, but that is obviously only true for the flats not on the ground floor.

Good location, the apartment is a good size for a 2 night stay in Malaga, we slept well
missing a few essential items, no toiletries, no tea towels, travel kettle too small for an apartment, take out the punch bag and put in some drawers as no storage for clothes just a hanging rail

Location
Bathroom, a sliding door between bedroom & bathroom would be more acceptable. Smell of sewage every morning when tap of bathroom sink used which went all through apartment as only a curtain is between bathroom & rest of apartment. Couch stained and very uncomfortable, its definitely time to replace. Balcony was the size of a window ledge, unusable as a balcony. All of the above were not clearly stated on booking.com as I did not realise the bathroom situation or that the balcony was not a usable balcony ☹️
