A good experience for me and my family.

The residential area where the apartment was situated was very nice. The kitchen had all the utensils needed and you could cook by gas. The host, Fabio, was very friendly and helpful.

The furniture was old and the mattresses on the hard side. The location of the apartment was a bit far from the city center. I had to get a buss and then the metro.

The complicated system of getting keys and access to apartment, information was also incorrect-30 m passage is actually 3 m. The keypad access did not work.

It was clean, beds comfortable. There is everything you need for comfortable stay. Shop and restaurants nearby.

The internet were a bit weak. Streaming videos is difficult. There were often interruptions.

good value for money, friendly host's representative; the information sheet and texts from host about the good shops and cafes - we liked that

1. we didn't get the information about the apartment number, so in the middle of the night we were with the keys but no information where to go to. Nobody answered the phone as well. Very extreme experience 2. all the additional charges should be presented before making the reservation, not to be sent after that (late check-in additional fee! Other apartments have more transparent price). A good question - why was there an additional charge for late check in, when the keys were given via keys box, was it really an extra trouble..?

Location is great, bus stop in front of the building, 10 min walk to the Metro A, bus to Vatican City, and 5 min by bus to Metro A, to the center of the city. Quiet neighborhood, the apartment has everything you need, spacious and clean apartment, free parking near by, Food stores near by, farmacia, kiosk

Cleanand spacious apartment, friendly and helpful host, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. All in all the price-performance ratio is good.

Apartment quite far from the subway, busses in front of building unfortuntely didn't show up frequently. We had a blackout once, probably because we used air condition and oven at the same time. Floor is quite cold (tiled floor), no carpets --> slippers or extra warm socks recommended :)

Bon emplacement à 15mns à pied du métro, et bien desservi par les bus. Quartier animé avec plusieurs restaurants, commerces et supermarché. Logement agréable, clair, avec balcons et très propre. Lit confortable. Jolie résidence agréable, propre et bien entretenue.

Un lugar cómodo pero alejado

El apto está muy bien dotado y tiene todo lo necesario como para sentirse en casa. El anfitrión o con quien tuvimos contacto para la entrega de las llaves es muy amable y servicial.

En nuestro caso, llegar al apartamento el primer día fue difícil, porque la ubicación que nos daba maps era diferente a la ubicación real del sitio, por lo que nos costó trabajo encontrarlo, sin embargo, luego ya nos enviaron la ubicación exacta y pudimos desplazarnos con facilidad hasta al apartamento. Algo que no es crítico pero si hay que tenerlo en cuenta es que cerca al apartamento solo hay un mini market con cosas básicas y cerraba temprano, entonces o llegas temprano o compras en otro sector lo que necesites, en nuestro caso siempre comprábamos por el sector de la estación de Cornelia (la más cercana del metro) y ahí si íbamos al apto.
