The place is comfortable and the staff were very nice friendly and welcoming. I really like the idea of placing extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower cap and cotton pads. 10m by walk from Unicusano University.

Basically good but with a few concerns

Overall, the property was fine. It was sort of out of the way but that wasn't horrible. It took about 45min to an hour to get to the property by bus from central Rome. Getting the keys was a little challenging but we worked that out also. The host is deaf but we were able to communicate through a translation program so that was fine. They left some nice little breakfast pastries which were a welcome extra. The rooms were pretty good and it was definitely quiet.

What I didn't like is that there were very limited kitchen supplies (pots/pans/plates/cups) and I wanted to be able to cook as one of my kids has a food allergy so making our own food makes our life easier. Doing so with the limited resources was more difficult. Also, we had my Rome based daughter stay overnight when she missed her curfew at the convent she was living at. I had no issue paying extra for her but the whole thing was handled very poorly by the hosts. They quoted me a per night charge which I readily agreed to and then changed it to a higher rate. I paid what they had said was the rate (and I happily had agreed to immediately) and then two weeks later they sent a rather rudely worded, I hope just from the translation program wording but I doubt it, message claiming I had stopped payment on the credit card for the extra fee. I had not. They DEMANDED I pay immediately. I sent a message back saying I had not stopped payment and I would NOT be paying any additional fees. Then a while later they said they goofed and checked and all was well. I didn't appreciate being called essentially a thief and a liar by someone I had been upfront and honest with. That soured my view of the property management.
