Appartamento confortevole e nuovo. vicini molto apprensivi e preoccupati per eventuali rumori perché probabilmente le pareti sono molto sottili. Il quartiere tranquillo ma con difficoltà di parcheggio. Non comodissimo ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro e la zona Foro italico. Host molto disponibile, puntuale e gentile.
Mancava acqua calda alla sera, ma soprattutto molto complicato parcheggiare l'auto alla sera.

Tutto nuovo, pulita, spaziosa
Non ho amato il fatto che ci fosse la macchinetta del caffè tra i servizi ma neanche una cialda da poter utilizzare, solo una bottiglietta d acqua in frigo per 3 persone.

Aria condizionata solo in cucina...televisori ko... ingresso in struttura tramite codice attivabile solo dal cellulare Bagno senza vano spazzatura, acqua calda intermittente, aspiratore in attesa di pulizia
