Amazing location and a very cozy apartment with a beautiful terrace

The location is really nice - very cozy and quiet. The whole neighborhood is very nice and clean. The apartment looked exactly as described in the photos with lots of great additions, like colored LED lights in the bedroom and bathroom. The terrace is amazing - you can have a breakfast in there listening to the birds from the park across the street. Amazing experience - totally recommend.

There would be 3 thinks that must be mentioned. It's not that we didn't like some of them, but those might get disturbing for some people. - the location is not central so one must take a bus to get to a popular location (Cornelia) from where you can get another bus or metro, to get to the city center. If you feel like walking, the first bus to Cornelia is not that mandatory as it takes 15-20 minutes to get there by foot either way. - the bed is fairly tough - for us it was great but there are people that prefer soft beds - the neighbors at the ground floor are really passionate about their gardening and might get noisy early in the morning.... Overall, we really enjoyed the location, but there are details that might impact other people experiences.

This apartment is about 15/20 mins from city centre in a car/taxi, its a quiet and safe neighbourhood and very comfortable, the host Sergio is really helpful too.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples and families. we enjoyed our staying very much.

The apartment is fully ready for comfortable stay during a week or more. Everything that we needed was there including washing machine, coffee machine, wifi. The place was clean, the personnel was very nice (we had a problem with Netflix and they came at midnight to help). And sitting in the evening on the terrace was pretty good.

We were a little bit confused with transport (bus stops, routes), but the Google maps helped with it.

Exceptional

The apartment is really lovely, clean and well equipped. Sergio provided all the necessary info and was ready to help. Maybe the location can seem a bit far from the centre for those who take public transport, as well as you need to take metro and bus, but at the same time it can be great because you can get rest after crowded noisy downtown, and relax on the nice terrace enjoying the view and heat birds singing. I wish we could stay more than couple of nights, it was a great experience:)

The apartment was very clean, big, and comfortable, with an extremely nice terrace which is the heart of the apartament. We enjoyed our evenings and morning in this flat so very much! The hosts were really helpful and nice. The whole experience was perfect, would highly recommed!

The only disadvantage is the location - buses barely go from the metro station to the flat location, and it takes quite a time to go from place to place while being in this apartment. However, if you are staying for a long time, the apartment is perfect, but for a short stay this location "eats" a lot of your time, thus, it is probably better to stay in the city center of Rome.

In the apartment every detail was thought out to the smallest detail, very clean and has everything you need and even more. Beautiful views of the park from the spacious terrace, and there were two supermarkets nearby. We regret only one thing. In the evenings it was too cold for dinner on your beautiful terrace. Maybe next time we will come in a warmer time of the year and will definitely have dinner on the terrace;)

The only drawback of the apartment is the distance from the metro (Cornelia). It was necessary to get to the metro by bus, and the buses ran irregularly (246, 246P, 247), so we had to wait a long time or walk, but everything is decided by the car! or taxi :)

Everything you could need for a trip

This was such a lovely stay in a spotless, thoughtful, comfortable and beautiful apartment. The hosts have thought of all possible needs including air conditioning, washer, dishwasher, breakfast, a bottle of wine and even an espresso machine. The undercover balcony was huge and perfect for a glass of wine and relax.

Alles super, total nette Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Mit Bus und Metro in 40 Minuten am Petersplatz. Supermarkt nicht weit entfernt. Guter Kontakt zu Vermieter. Für Romreise perfekt! Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist absolut perfekt. 5 Minuten vom Autobahnring entfernt. Sichere Wohngegend.

Przepiękna okolica, spokojna można było odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania Rzymu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, ładny wystrój apartamentu.

Trochę daleko od najważniejszych miejsc jakie przydałoby się zobaczyć w Rzymie - trzeba było jeździć autobusem, która często się spóźniał i kursował co 20-30 minut.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage, mit allem ausgestattet. Zu empfehlen, aber nur zu zweit

Schönes Apartment und sauber. Genug Handtücher, die auch gut riechen. Ruhige Lage. Parkplätze vorne dran in öffentlicher Straße. Alles in der Küche vorhanden, sogar Alufolie. Bad ist groß. Fast nichts zu meckern.

Das Schlafsofa ist katastrophal als Bett! Dünne Matratze, man spürt beim Liegen die Metallkonstruktion im Rücken und es quietscht extrem bei fast jedem Atemzug. Das geht überhaupt nicht finde ich, auch wenn es schön aussieht. Als Couch ist es okay, aber nicht als Schlafsofa. Zu Viert würde ich das niemandem empfehlen. Die normalen Betten im Schlafzimmer waren gut. Es ist doch etwas abseits, man hat es zwar nicht weit zur Bushaltestelle, aber es ist doch etwas aufwendiger. Aber vielleicht waren wir das auch nicht gewöhnt. Wir haben dann ein Uber genommen, das uns für ca. 20 Euro zum Vatikan gebracht hat.

Completa di ogni confort , pulita calda e confortevole situata in una zona immersa nel verde con ampio terrazzo molto suggestivo,in più ha il garage che a Roma non guasta mai,inoltre Sergio il proprietario è una persona squisita molto disponibile e simpatica ci ha addirittura fatto trovare nell appartamento una chitarra sapendo che il mio compagno suona , siamo Stati Benissimo
