Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Gute Ausstattung, man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sicher und ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Der Weg in die Stadt war mühsam, man musste ziemlich lange auf den Bus warten.

Roberta was very kind and awaited me on arrival to provide elaborate information. The appartment looks very well maintained, nicely decorated, and the shower is good and its temperature constant. The host provides coffee (nespresso cups) and tea which is much appreciated. For the conferecne that I attended at Ergife hotel, the location was excellent. I was able to walk there in under 10 minutes. It's a little far from Rome city centre though, and the area itself is not very pretty, it's a calm side street to a very busy road. Supermarkts are nearby, 2 options. Also a few fine restaurants.
By default only 2 towels are provided which is not adequate when staying 5 nights, extra towels are EUR 8 per set of 1 big and 1 small. In my opinion, a guest should at least have 1 towel for every night.

Great easy parking, just out of low-emission zones. Great big bedrooms and beds. Sun terrace and garden.
Extra charge for "late check-in" (even though check-in is just a digital PIN entry) is an insult to common sense.
