Clean, nice area, peaceful.

The apartment was fine, everything was neat and clean. Giuseppina was very responsive. She was easy to get in touch with and was very to get along with. We accidentally passed the apartment when showing up the first time and she ran and tracked us down while we were pulling our suitcases. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help us. The apartment was a fine size it could easily hold more than the two we were. Shower and bathroom were clean. Area was peaceful and I enjoyed the local people that were super nice. Close to an area to get coffee, food and a nice walk to the train station.

Superb

The host was amazing, he waited for us and then he explained to us how to get to the city centre. Near the property there is a train, which gets you to the metro and then metro takes you to the city centre. The travel time to the sight seeing part of the city is around 45 minutes. So it is not too far away, but you have to be on time for the train because it goes every 1 to 2 hours. The room we stayed in was quite spacious as the common room. The Wifi was amazing and all the have all the needed utensils

If you are going by car, have in mind that even though it says it has private parking, you park on the street in front of the building, so there might not be free parking space.

The room was perfect value for money. The A/C was a lifesaver with the ongoing heatwave, the bed was super comfortable, both me and my partner really loved it. Very friendly owner.

Little to no noise suppression, but that was known before we booked, just mentioning it here. The location is slightly far away from the center of Rome (about 1 hr away on train). That's about it, no major complaints, generally very happy!

The location is far from the Airport. And its not really close to Rome city centre, but with regional trains its not a big problem.

Customer service when we arrived at the destination was particularly good. Public transport connections from accommodation to center of Rome was good and there was market neat the accommodation. Everything was clean in our room and in common spaces. We had nothing to complain about during our two day stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a nice kitchen and bath. The host very helpful and friendly.

The only problem was that the location was not ideal. There were few restaurants or grocery stores nearby, and it was a long walk to get anywhere. However, it was just a couple hundred yards from the railway station to downtown Rome, and that was convenient.

A lot of space. Everything was very convenient in where it was placed.

Hard to sleep as big mattress was too soft and it affected my back, told owner to look into it and I'm sure they will sort it out :) Bathroom needed extra toilet paper!!

I didn't like anything.

- cold water in the apartment; I had to boil water to wash the pots - no toilet paper - only one set of towel (7-day stay) - heating came on when we were outside sightseeing; it was freezing in the morning -a very rude worker ( no possibility to get in touch with him, then he wanted to charge us 20 E for late check-in) - we saw only him on the day of arrival and the day of departure, no service in between and when I asked him why there was no service to the room and would we receive a refund, he replied 'shut up if you want your deposit back' -

Room is modernly furnished for the price. Quiet area - reasonably close to the train station. Balcony. Kitchen. Check in guy was friendly and helpful.

It is a good hour by transport, outside of Rome. No real directions to find the apartment. You need to go to the end of the metro and then 30 mins on another train to get there (of which those trains come half hourly). Absolutely nothing happening in the area. €60-80 in an Uber from central Rome, so you are worried about train times during dinner. Also we didn’t realize this is a home stay. We were led to think the owner was another guest. He was a strange guy- not very friendly, yells at his wife a bit too. We got in trouble for leaving a washed up pot to dry on the sink. He also opened our door to enter our room, unannounced- assuming we weren’t there, while we were getting dressed, but we received no apology. Walls are very thin; and the noise from upstairs is pretty constant. We wouldn’t choose here again.

niets , alles was prima. wellicht wel een idee om bij de info aan te geven dat er bij de locatie geen office is en je de beheerder moet bellen welke naar je toekomt naar een niet van te voren nader aangeduide plaats. Kan voor sommige mensen lastig zijn denk ik.

'Οτι πρέπει για ήσυχη και άνετη διαμονή και κοντά στο σταθμό του τρένου.

Υπήρχε κουζίνα, βραστήρας, καφετιέρα κτλ. Μεγάλη κουζίνα και μεγάλο άνετο μπαλκόνι. Είχα ενοικιάσει αυτοκίνητο και υπήρχε άπλετος χώρος για παρκάρισμα.

Θα μπορούσε να έχει δεύτερα κλειδιά σε περίπτωση ενοικίασης από ζεύγος ή οικογένεια.

Personalul este de nota 10+. Curățenia este la cote maxime. În fiecare zi se face curățenie în cameră și se schimbă produsele de igienă din baie. În bucătărie există absolut tot ce este necesar inclusiv aparat de cafea cu capsule. În cameră sunt 4 capsule de cafea care se completează în fiecare zi. De asemenea sunt în cameră 2 ape minerale la 500 ml care se completează zilnic. Apartamentul este într-un complex liniștit și elegant. Super cazare!!!! Mulțumim mult pentru o vacanță reușită!!!!

SOGGIORNO ECCELLENTE

Camera confortevole, molto ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Personale molto gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ottima posizione per la prossimità a svariati negozi raggiungibili a piedi e per la estrema vicinanza della stazione Ipogeo degli Ottavi che in poco tempo e con poche fermate porta al centro città e non solo.

Nulla da segnalare. Tutto ok.
