The place is very nice. The problem is that some people do not respect the quiet hours and I don't think the personal goes around at the start to check that everything is ok. Two of my four nights, the next cabin people had really noisy parties going to 1am, the first time I had to go and scream for them to hear that it was already too late for the noise and the second time I ask security at the entrance to intervene and after 10 minutes they continue making some noise (less, but still a pain). Other than that, is a great place for locals or tourists from anywhere to spend a nice few days. My cabin in particular (as I didn't see the interior of any other) was well equipped and very clean. Very comfortable and for a good price. The personal in general is friendly but I don't think I saw anybody twice during these days (except the usual cleaning crew) and some of them looked tired and even by being friendly, some were not exactly helpful and took their time to solve anything, but again, seems reasonable as they have to work with hundreds of people in any single day. I visited also their Venice villa and that one was smaller and there everything was excellent. Is a great service and I hope I will stay again at any of their properties in the future.

Great place for families to explore Rome. Great pool area to allow a mix of sight seeing and pool days. The safari tent was great, well equiped and really comfortable.

We rented a 3 bedroom bungalow that was advertised as a 4 star complex. The bungalow was at best 1.5 star. In addition, it was not cleaned properly. We asked to be changed and they did. The next bungalow provided was a little better and we would rate it 2 star at best. Loud music playing to almost midnight did not make this a comfortable place to have a good nights sleep. We are a regular customer of Expedia and this property is falsely advertised as a 4 star and the photos do not depict reality. We would like a full refund or credit for our next trip, car rental or airline. Our 2 days at this Terrible Village was simply horrible. The pool area extremely crowded and so noisy. Front desk service could be much better. This is not a 4 star and I will never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone unless you are simply desperate.

We were joining family on this trip so the little cabin did us grand. The only thing that was missing was a kettle (I don't know if you can rent in site?). The site is spotless and fantastically run with lots of amenities and friendly staff!

This place is around 1 hour from Rome downtown because of traffic. They have different kinds of rooms. Check exactly what you want. Inside the complex you can find a mini market, restaurants, ice cream places. It is safe and relaxing after a day in Rome. They have a lot of activities. Friendly staff.

We were highly impressed by all the recreation team and all the amenities they had to offer. The kids mini club does such an amazing job with the kids. Our 2.5 year old had the best time of her life. We can’t wait to come back next summer. This is one of the best places we ever stayed for families.

The whole experience was great, camping , swimming pools, walking around the campground felt very family safe n fun. Live music bands at night for entertainment, bar at the pool, the restaurant also had a great vibe.

Our accommodation was dirty and run down. Curtain pole wasnt connected fell and hit my head. Bathroom door would close. Holes in walls. Cob webs and dirt. Groups of men everywhere trying to talk to children. This happened to my daughter everyday all day. They would try and take photos with her say sexal things and do sexual things with there hand. This was happening to many young girls. They would sit around pool not getting into water just trying to talk to children. We complained but was told they couldnt do nothing as they have paid to be there and it happen s everything leaving me feeling shocked and unsafe for my daughter. My daughter didnt want to leave our accommodation and we tried to get earlier flights back fearing for her safety. The worker dpimg the computer for mudic on Saturday night also was doing the same to children including my daughter. It got worse on the weekend as more people arrived. There was no sunbeds available no room to get into pool. Theres balls being thrown around the pool all day. Including hard footballs not pool balls. I was hit in the face 5 times my partner was hit 3 times my sin was his 7 times. I also witnessed a baby get hit by a ball yet life guards allow it to continue

Great Property but a bit far from the city

First impressions are lasting and our first impression of this property wasn't great. It ended up being okay but not our favorite place to stay. Pros: - Nice large swimming area - The unit was roomy enough - Not too far walk from the bus route - Grocery store on property and the store has reasonable prices - Each unit has it's own BBQ that can be used to cook - There is laundry facilities on site Cons - Long line ups to check in (was unable to check in online because the website would not let us) - We were put in a unit that was all the way on the other side of the property so we had to haul our luggage a long way - They have extras but they all cost extra (like mini golf) - The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable Overall: This property is out of the way but the bus is close by. We took a tax but a taxi ride will cost about 60 euros to get here. After standing in the hot sun for about 15 minutes we were finally able to check in and then we had to walk another 15 minutes to get to our unit because it was at the other end of the property. I would recommend the property put people who did not drive at a spot closer to the front so they don't need to haul their suitecases so far on terrain the isn't so easy to travel on.

Was a great place to stay with awesome facilities. No need to go to supermarket as there is one there that has everything you need. Take away food was good especially the pizza. Loved the pools but they closed too early 7pm it should be 9pm. We had no car and a lot of luggage they put us in a far away cabin long walk with heavy luggage. Cabin was suitable but no tv and lots of ants in the room.

The location is far from the city center. We had a car and we arrived without an issue. It was a good experience. The unit was clean. There was lots of to do in the area. I definitely plan here for the next time.

Had a fabulous stay here. The property has lots of amenities and is easy enough to get to. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the AC add extra comfort in the hot summer months. The pool areas have plenty of space and the bartenders were friendly. I’m only knocking one star off because the pool closes too early. Still recommend a visit to this resort!
