Crazy party Village - come for fun, not comfort
Lots for kids to do, but it was chaos with so many kids. Good vibe, just so many people.
Unable to accommodate request for late check out, even for just an extra hour, showing a lack of flexibility for families with young kids, despite a very late check in time of 4pm and early check out time of 10am.
Loud music until late, well after we had gone to bed and could hear it through the thin walls of our accommodation.
Kids spaces were extremely busy and almost dangerous with the number of kids. Not relaxing for us and our competent swimming child.
Not the cleanest or most comfortable accommodation. Hair in the showers and rubbish under the vanity and very hard beds.

Bring your multi-vitamins
We liked the multiple swimming pools, the mature trees and the happy hour, also many of the staff were really lovely. We also made some great friends who made staying here possible.
Multiple cars and vehicles were constantly moving around the site all hours of the day, it made me feel really anxious especially as there are so many small children using the roads as there are no foot paths. Many of the drivers drive too fast and are not looking at the roads, as they are searching for their accommodation. I feel access to vehicles on site should be restricted between certain hours to keep children and young people safe.
Our chalet was positioned next to a very busy major road so I was constantly being woken up by racing motorbikes and police .
There was no Wi-Fi for the entire duration of our stay, reception staff had no interest in getting the problem raised and repaired either. It was just a case of being told “oh it seems to be an iPhone issue.”
I also feel that there wasn’t enough healthy options for food , you will be relying on eating the camp site food, if you have a basic chalet and are not a car driver. (You will not be able to leave the site easily ) There are no shops for miles. We wasn’t even given a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee and no bowls or cutlery were included, we were there for five days and bedlinen was not changed. The laundrette is expensive at €5 and no clothes rack is provided to dry your clothes. There is also no chairs in the laundrette so you sit on the floor, and wait for your washing cycle to finish. also the card machine part was broken and getting change was extremely long winded and required queueing at the front reception desk as the supermarket would not give any change for the launderette.

Great facilities, good access to the center of Rome. Great swimming pool for small children.
Great place to stay for a family when you want to combine some relax for the children in swimming pool (great swimming pool for small children) and visit historical sites of Rome. The bus stop is right next to the camp. In camp, there is everything you need (supermarket, bistro for coffee, evening drinks, ice-cream etc.). It is also close to Ostia, if you want to visit the old roman Ostia town, which is pretty cool (only the beaches in Ostia are not too nice). You need to get a place close to the pool to fully enjoy the stay.
The camp restaurant next to the reception was very bad – bad food, bad service. All the other bistros were fine, though. There is a lot of trash at the bus stop. I would definitely recommend cleaning it up regularly. Even though it doesn't belong directly to the campsite, it gives visitors a bad impression of the place. Most of them go to the bus stop to go to Rome city center. Reception is a bit mess. Children swimming pool could be a bit warmer.

A vibrant and family-friendly place with great pools and cozy cottages—perfect for an active yet relaxing holiday.
The area was nice and pleasant with lots to do for both kids and adults. The pool area was fantastic—clean, spacious, and well-organized. The cottage was comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere of the village felt safe and relaxing.
The food was basic but okay—burgers and pizzas were fine for a quick lunch by the pool, but if you’re looking for something more special or high-quality, you’ll find better options elsewhere. Also, the music in the evenings was quite loud and played rather late.

A wonderful 5 stars bungalow experience
I loved the concept, the bungalows were more like an hotel room than a classic camping unit.
The complementary bbq was a plus!
The reception staff are extremely rude and they do my seem to minimally care.

The bangalows are good
The cleanliness of the bangalows and overall the village
Friendly staff
Very crowded
Swimming pools are not temperature controlled
Pools are crowded all day limited sunbeds and umbrellas
Restaurants are expensive for the quality of food served
Restaurants have one casher only making it quite frustrating standing in the queue

Spent a great week here. Nice site, staff working full time on cleaning and maintenance and quieter then some others. (S
The pool area was great. Plenty of sunbeds all around the pools. Plenty going on. Good food and drink available all day there.
The market was very convenient and stocked most of what we needed. Was a small enough site to get around on foot.
The children’s clubs were very good and as always seems the way our children hate the idea at first then after 2/3 days wanted to go to them to make friends. There is a broad mix of nationalities here including Italian, English, Irish, French & Dutch and they were well set up to ensure all children have fun.
The accommodation we stayed in was a little old and tired and definitely would have preferred one of the newer ones. We arrived to find the floor hadn’t been properly cleaned and the shower head was old/dirty/broken. However they had a facilities number to message and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Great service.
The evening entertainment was very basic and borderline inappropriate family viewing in parts.
The site is set-up for self catering but with only a hob and microwave it’s pretty impossible. The food from the pool bar, take away and restaurant was all very good but limited choice for 7 nights.
The sports area and games room were a bit of a forgotten area and were looking tired, unused for most of the trip.

our flight got cancelled leaving from Rome and so we booked here when we had to stay an extra day with our son and a few
The pool and surrounding play areas for the kids were absolutely incredible. The bedroom we stayed in was great as well. Nice and clean modern.
when we first pulled up, I was a little bit intimidated as it felt far more like an RV park than I was anticipating but once we got two are registered rooms, we were pleasantly surprised

Great fun, great accommodation great memories.
Perfect facilities for children, great location to get into Rome. Im not sure where else I could have stayed in the Rome area that would have been better for children. Very pleased.
The only thing to note and it’s not a complaint. Is the whole campus is under pine trees which are great for shade and give a break from the heat, but they drop Sapp, the only problem I had was that I hired a car so had to get it cleaned in a car wash 2 minutes down the road. Not a complaint but just a heads up.

Very convenient being close to the airport
very good for couples traveling with children, many facilities and entertainment, a real campsite, relatively quiet, clean room (bungalow 1 room), good options to eat and drink
Due to an airline strike announced 2 days in advance, the check-in was very slow, many people with kids waiting for tens of minutes, they were surprised by the event.

Very good
Great location for a couple of nights before heading to the airport. Amazing pool and facilities with basic, clean and functional cabins. We had a car and drove to the EUR Maglioni which was then only €1:50 and about 20mins into the centre of Rome.
There was a big queue to check in but we were there in July and it was very fair and efficient system. Just a huge park with a lot of people.

Pleasant
Nice setting, layout and services
Rooms need some maintenance Front. Door hard to open, main bed on a lean, poor water pressure and the hot water intermittent. It would be nice to have a few extra utilities in the kitchen like chopping board, lid for pots and BBQ utensils.
Built to capitalise on a market and purely make money. Overcrowded around water park which is the main attraction. I understand this does not worry most people we are just not used to the crowds..

it was nice experience, kid was enjoying every day .
pools were fantastic, pool bar staff and food were good , but what can not say about restaurant . Restaurant one word disgusting. pizza was not cooked at all in the middle full of water, lasagna terrible. I can not believe that is Italian restaurant. even service was 1 from 5 .

Excellent
We went in february to visit Rome. Rented a vehicle at the airport and came to this location that is half way between airport and city center. Location was there ideal for us, ambient in that little forrest also. Our bungalow was pretty new and spotless clean. Size is decent, no need for more. Aircon is inverter type so it heated the bungalow quickly and worked for the rest of our stay quietly. From the ramp enterance village is realy looking faboulous and the only way I can imagine that can look better is in the spring whan all the plants go green. Staff was nice, and on one occasion bungalow across us was cleaned so we could see that they did it from the top to the bottom.
To bad that their market does't work in winter season but there is big market two minutes with car down the road where you can buy everything you can think of.

Would recommend for a budget stay
Good place, close to Rome if you have a car. Nice and clean territory, the campings are nice and new, good value. We stayed in January and the room was heated well with air conditioner. Overall I would definitely recommend for a budget stay.
Could use a kettle and some dishes / glasses in the room. Also Wi-Fi is only at the reception area. Nonexistent problems

Very nice new bungalows, its a great place. In winter the market and restaurant was closed, we would love to visit again in summer.
But to mention is the awesome owner, who brought us to the airport in the early morning, because our taxi didn't show up and normal taxis were to small for our luggage. A huge thank you, really great place to stay and we would recommend it anytime!
