Very comfortable room and great location. Dinner was also great in the restaurant.

Breakfast could’ve been better, nice that it was included but not all ingredients felt fresh.

Lovely rooms, air con an absolute godsend, great breakfast, good dinner and friendly staff.

Communication before visit could be improved but once there everything was great

Breakfast service very good the member of staff was very friendly and professional, nothing to much trouble. Extremely comfortable bed, lovely white bedding we slept very well. Nice fluffy towels in bathroom and room very clean, grateful for air con in room during hot weather. Nice to have bottled and milk supplied in fridge in corridor outside room.

On first night of stay which was a Friday the service in restaurant and bar seemed chaotic. Several issues with our meals which we reported to the Manager the following day which was not adequately dealt with. Drinks very expensive London prices!! food overpriced and we travel a lot and this was not value for money. Curtains in bedroom gaping at top so therefore affecting blackout effect they need rehanging. Bad cracks in ceiling above shower, large blue stain from cleaning products on enamel of bath. Shower head partly blocked so affecting even dispersal of water and control on shower very stiff to operate. Blind in bathroom completely crooked. The room just needs some tlc and attention to detail.

Excellent breakfast and excellent staff at breakfast

The member of staff that checked us in was far below the standards I expect. His shirt was unbuttoned to his midriff and it was a very cold welcome. What I found really disappointing is that I explained I needed to charge my car so I could take my daughter to her swimming meet early in the morning but he would not assist me in finding out who owned the two non electric cars in the charging bays. He said he was too busy; therefore I was unable to charge my car. I found him extremely rude and far below the standards that we received last year and also this year at breakfast.
