Well kept and clean property
Being 79/80 years , we found the 1st floor toilet a bit inconvenient having to use quite a steep stair case.

Good location, nice welcome pack, large amount of space, well equipped
A little bit dated and though it said garden to front it’s almost non existent. Storage heaters could be an issue if weather suddenly warmed up

Location was good for us.
Outside light was not working. Parking for big car is not ideal. Property is a bit dated and could do with some paint.
