Right price, great location everything you needed in the Hut.
Location was great, next to a pub. Lovely private garden. Easy reach of Grassington.

Good for a one night stay for a couple.
It was sufficient for our needs.
Difficult to locate when dark. Path down to accommodation stone slabs very slippery as it was raining. Needs to be well cleaned to avoid falling, we both slipped. Not sufficient to warn clients needs sorting.

Peaceful and cozy
The location was great, very peaceful, we came for peace and quiet and even though we were in close proximity to the pub there was no noise from there at all. The hut was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The garden looked lovely and had the weather been better we could have sat out on the decking. There's plenty of walks directly from the property and loads to see and do within a short drive. The kitchen is compact, but well equipped, there is a foldable table and chairs, which we didn't use, as the pub serves nice food so we ate there. The host is lovely and very helpful, she even put heaters on for us so it was nice and warm for our arrival. I appreciated the what3words directions, it made the property easy to find, in addition host provided her phone number so I could ring her and she gave me directions to the hut itself, which is nicely tucked away behind the pub..
The hut is smaller than it looks in the photos, it was quite cramped with just two of us there. It's sufficient for a solo traveller, but can get a bit cramped for two. It was ok for a weekend, but we would have struggled if we wanted to stay there longer. Would be better in the summer when you can sit out on the decking and enjoy the garden.

If you need a friendly cabin, well decked out - this is it
Dry, warm, clean nice little kitchenette, friendly people who went above and beyond, picked us up from Skipton station. In terrible weather- we booked late for pet friendly room and our 2 dogs loved the change of scenery. Location good for the nearby pub, Kayleigh and Luke were extremely helpful.
Nothing all really good !

Nice little house
Its a nice little place to stay for a night or a couple of nights, bed is a bit small but comfy. There is a small store 10 min away and the nature around is beautifull. The linton falls are nice to go to
Its hard to find you can call the host, she will help you out. But it would be nicer if there is like a map. In the fotos i put a photo follow the red line. You park at a parking space accross the street. Walk to the claradon pub left side of the pub you see a large brown woode gate go in walk around the corner go to your right you see another fence go in and walk straight to the end of the garden and you find it

Wonderful stay and location
Wonderful quiet location. On arrival there was milk left in the fridge with tea and Coffey available. There is everything you require to cater for your needs during our stay. The bed very comfortable. Separate toilet and shower room wasn’t expected. The shower was easy to operate with plenty of warm flowing water. We sat outside to have breakfast on the patio area. Listening to the birds of a morning was wonderful. The local pub was always welcoming for a lovely nightcap. Never relaxed and slept so well on a weekend break. The apple tree hut is a complete hidden gem.
