Location was great, next to a pub. Lovely private garden. Easy reach of Grassington.

It was sufficient for our needs.
Difficult to locate when dark.
Path down to accommodation stone slabs very slippery as it was raining. Needs to be well cleaned to avoid falling, we both slipped. Not sufficient to warn clients needs sorting.

The location was great, very peaceful, we came for peace and quiet and even though we were in close proximity to the pub there was no noise from there at all. The hut was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The garden looked lovely and had the weather been better we could have sat out on the decking. There's plenty of walks directly from the property and loads to see and do within a short drive. The kitchen is compact, but well equipped, there is a foldable table and chairs, which we didn't use, as the pub serves nice food so we ate there.
The host is lovely and very helpful, she even put heaters on for us so it was nice and warm for our arrival. I appreciated the what3words directions, it made the property easy to find, in addition host provided her phone number so I could ring her and she gave me directions to the hut itself, which is nicely tucked away behind the pub..
The hut is smaller than it looks in the photos, it was quite cramped with just two of us there. It's sufficient for a solo traveller, but can get a bit cramped for two. It was ok for a weekend, but we would have struggled if we wanted to stay there longer. Would be better in the summer when you can sit out on the decking and enjoy the garden.

Dry, warm, clean nice little kitchenette, friendly people who went above and beyond, picked us up from Skipton station. In terrible weather- we booked late for pet friendly room and our 2 dogs loved the change of scenery.
Location good for the nearby pub, Kayleigh and Luke were extremely helpful.
Nothing all really good !

Its a nice little place to stay for a night or a couple of nights, bed is a bit small but comfy.
There is a small store 10 min away and the nature around is beautifull. The linton falls are nice to go to
Its hard to find you can call the host, she will help you out. But it would be nicer if there is like a map. In the fotos i put a photo follow the red line. You park at a parking space accross the street. Walk to the claradon pub left side of the pub you see a large brown woode gate go in walk around the corner go to your right you see another fence go in and walk straight to the end of the garden and you find it

Wonderful quiet location. On arrival there was milk left in the fridge with tea and Coffey available.
There is everything you require to cater for your needs during our stay.
The bed very comfortable. Separate toilet and shower room wasn’t expected. The shower was easy to operate with plenty of warm flowing water.
We sat outside to have breakfast on the patio area. Listening to the birds of a morning was wonderful.
The local pub was always welcoming for a lovely nightcap.
Never relaxed and slept so well on a weekend break.
The apple tree hut is a complete hidden gem.

This property was quite different. Very quiet and it was even better when we had the whole garden to our selfs especially for our cockerspaniel who we took along with us. Was cosy and very clean.
I liked it all. If I was to be picky the bed seemed small but that is only because of the type of Property it is and what they can fit it.

Beautiful location with lots of amazing views and scenery, the secure garden was a bonus as we have a small Chihuahua that can squeeze through the smallest of spaces! Lovely little quest book where we could read about other people's stay and lots of information on the local area. The host was good with directions to the hut as it was a little tricky to find. The apple tree hut over all was quite cozy and warm.
The bed was small & the bed base and mattress wasn't the best. Very small tv that could do with updating as it wouldn't allow us to use the apps properly and kept cutting out.

We loved how it was self contained and perfect for walking routes. It was also very warm.
Nothing we didn’t like as was super, just a little improvement a tea towel handy for the kitchen space.

The host was really helpful before we arrived, prompt to reply - gave us local knowledge too. When we arrived the host quickly came to meet us and showed us where to park and how to access the Apple Tree Hut. The cosy accommodation was very clean, well appointed and is a wonderful location. Close to a great coffee shop and a pub too – if that's what you like.
No grumbles!

Quite a brilliant get away from it all location. Will definitely be back.

Quiet and secluded spot in beautiful countryside. It's kind of "luxury basic" - it has everything you need and what it has is well done and decent quality, but also it's really very much a "just the essentials" sort of place (a kettle, a shower, a bed, a TV). What you really are paying for is the peace and quiet and the lovely location. Kaley the owner was super nice and helpful. Recommend the Sunday lunch in the pub next door - it was amazing!

It was quiet and peaceful. Good location for getting out and about the area
The hut wasn't that clean, cobwebs and dust pretty much everywhere we looked. Bedding and towels didn't smell great (fusty). Had to wash all crockery and cutlery before use as it was dusty/dirty.

The lodge was absolutely perfect and the surrounding area was so quiet. It was just what I needed. The Clarendon Hotel is just a few minutes away and the food there is really good. I highly recommend Apple Tree hut to anyone who enjoys peace and tranquility
Nothing to dislike

Fantastic location. Such a lovely little hut. Very clean, the signal on the TV not so good, but we wasn't bothered as it was NYE.
The bed was a tad too low and soft more my liking, but all in all a lovely trip.
Thanks again from Lauren, Marc Binky & Bonnie

lovely lady very helpful

was very small smaller than expected not big enough for two people and two dogs

bed uncomfortable and very low to floor
the private garden wasn’t secure enough to let the dogs off the leads
(could do with more wine glasses as there was only one)

The price, self contained accomm for me and my dog. Liked the small fridge and kitchenette. Good shower.
The check in was difficult. I was asked to ring when I got there and was given verbal instructions to find the hut. I would have preferred written instructions and photographs so that I could find my way independently on arrival. I had to phone twice to find the way. Airbnb have a facility where hosts can give guests photos. Parking across a busy road from accommodation. Moving in and out was difficult.
