Lovely cottage clean had everything we needed

We have stayed in the Grassington area many times in different apartments and houses. This was the best one we have ever encountered by far. It was very well decorated and furnished to a high standard. Layout of kitchen and other rooms was excellent. The outside patio was a great place to sit out and admire the wonderful scenery. Location was amazing in the small village of Hebden. Hebden is a beautiful village from which to explore the wonderful trails and footpaths and the river Wharfe. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to others.

There was not much to report here but there were two small matters. Firstly, the main living room does not have a lamp, I read this in another review. A lamp is definitely needed so my wife bought one and left it there for others to use. The shower is of very high quality but there is nowhere in it store shampoo or soap - that was a pain and could easily be sorted.

Lovely location in Hebden. 5 mins from lots of walks and The River Wharf. Tea rooms and pubs just round the corner. Grassington is 8 min drive away. Cottage was well stocked and hi spec interior. Dog friendly too with enclosed paved front seating area.
