Total relaxation heaven.

The location is fantastic! The cottage itself is so comfortable and has everything you can think of. The owners left little treats too which was a lovely touch. The beds were so comfortable too and we all slept really well.

I have nothing to put here, it was outstanding.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location

The cottage is home from home and has everything you need. A few minutes walk to Linton Falls and a further five minutes and you’re in Grassington. The scenery is beautiful and it’s a great base to walk or drive to other places. Lots of lovely cafes and pubs in Grassington and must mention The Fountaine Inn in Linton which does really good food. The cake, fizz and milk that was left for us was a nice surprise and the logs for the burner were greatly appreciated. We had a lovely few days and would love to stay here again.

Dealing with Sykes cottages was not good ! Not answer phone and when finally answer they gave me wrong information that resulted in a lot of time wasted and lots of phone calls

Cosy Cottage in Grassington

This cottage was absolutely superb – the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and convenience. The location couldn’t have been better, with everything we needed close by, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Inside, the cottage was spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind, and it instantly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t hesitate to book again for May – we’re already looking forward to returning!

The cottage was spotless, warm and inviting. Well equipped to a high standard. Ideal location for walking in the Dales.

Fantastic stay & thoughtful host.

Great open plan layout for socialising. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glass wear. Wonderful to arrive to homemade cake, Prosecco & milk left by the host. Beautiful house perfect for our family get away to the Dales.

Didn’t want to come home !

The Aga took some getting used to , but had to be used because the induction hob was not working , and no instruction manual for it . A coffee maker was listed plus pods , but neither were there . A few more tea spoons would be useful , and only one soup spoon , also tongs for cooking would be great ! The motion activated light on the landing was also not working .Apart from that it was an absolutely wonderful cottage , in a great location .

Lovely cottage. Less than a mile walk into grassington. 2 bathrooms plus downstairs rocket. Well stocked with kitchen equipment and treats left for us. Very clean.

Great location, just by the falls and a short, scenic walk to Grassington or to the pub in Linton. Plenty of firewood, cake and Prosecco on arrival and lots of helpful info.

1. I didn’t like the fact that the downstairs loo was blocked and after phoning you it was not reported to the owner thus we had a smelly loo all week, ugh. 2. I don’t like the fact that you as a company advertised the property as being in Grassington - it is not and, for a person such as myself who suffers with COPD, I had no chance of walking the mile up hill into Grassington - providing misinformation is not a good trait to have.

One of the best locations to explore the Dales!

The only problem was the firealarm in the kitchen. If you make a littlebit of smoke (baking bacon) the firealarm kicks off.
