The location on Long Ashes Park with facilities like parking, the pub and a cafe. Being out in the country side and enjoying watching the wild life from the lodge.
Being close to other places to explore like Grassington and Skipton.
Receiving an excellent welcome basket.
There was a problem with the taps dripping as difficult to turn off.

Lovely well equipped lodge in a quiet location on Longashes park The park is in an excellent location to explore the local area on foot and by car . The host provided a lovely welcome hamper on arrival . The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable and made up with beautiful bed linen if a high quality .

Location was good. The heating in the lodge was quick to come on. The water was nice and hot, beds were comfortable.
The key safe code was wrong, one showing on booking.com was an old one, when we arrived, we couldn't gain access. The furniture was tired and uncomfortable (settees), the dining table had a broken leg. The coffee table in the lounge had loose parts ( drawer knobs came off in your hand).The bathroom had a distinct damp odour, made moreover when the heating was on. There were cobwebs here and there and a dirty knife was left under the dining table.
