Lovely house, comfortable and clean in a lovely town.
The house was lovely, comfortable, clean and had all that we needed. It was well placed to walk into the town centre, in a quiet location with ok parking.
it is not a fault of the property but I did not like the hill - it was well advertised as being on a hill but I am not sure I expected it to be so steep and tricky to drive up.

Lovely town stay Skipton center
Great location. Car park in front of property. Modern homely feel. Great space for a family. Warm neutral colours. 5 minutes walk into town center. Backyard garden space. Owner super efficient when we had an issue (the agency that run the townhouse are in our opinion slow to respond).
Didn’t quite understand the bin system The creaky stairs/ hallway but we also thought it added to charm. One of the neighbours in a white mini took our car spot 2/3 times when we needed it.

Located on a steep hill, parking at the property is difficult, especially at night. The road is narrow and challenging to reach the cottage.

A lovely cottage that suited our needs.
The location of the cottage was perfect as the town was only a short walk away. Plenty of good pubs and cafes nearby. We especially enjoyed eating at nearby Spanish restaurant La Casita and a Turkish restaurant Efendy.
Couldn't find anything to dislike. We did struggle in working out how to override the set heating controls, but it wasn't particularly cold so we didn't worry about it.

Location was great in the middle of Skipton but very quiet. We found the cottage was everything we needed very welcome comfortable dog friendly everything you needed for a lovely weekend break in Skipton definitely come back to this cottage.
Steps leading to the garden would benefit from a railing to help you down.
