The property was clean and tidy; the kitchen was mostly well equipped; the location was quiet and extremely close to the centre of town; the heating was very efficient and the water pressure was great on the shower. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the electric firelight with the flickering flames gave a warming glow to the lounge.
The properties either side are being renovated and there was quite a lot of noise at times from one side, especially the very loud radio blaring throughout the day. The bathroom is cramped to the point there is no room for a toilet roll holder and the outdoor area looked very neglected. Floorboards upstairs, particularly on landing leading to bathroom are incredibly creaky!
